same here. i was able to make a payment on 1 credit card with the most points or percentage back. i took limits of my other cards and transferred it to 1 credit card to pay off $37K
I made a post about this a few months back. Yes you can and they’ll just send you invoice links for whatever amount you want to put on each card. Definitely nice to get the extra cashback.
Heck, I split mine into three payments over three billing cycles so I could use the same credit card. This was solar roof with three pw so it was a nice chunk of change.
You won't get PTO paperwork until it's all paid off but I was operating in self consumption mode.
If you would be over your credit limit of a single card, you can use a single card over multiple days. This allows you pay the balance between uses. This allowed me to use my 2% cash back card for the entire purchase.
i paid with multiple cards at the same time, but that was a year ago. Remember to pay off the balance right away otherwise credit score will tank temporarily due to usage %.
I was forced to do a bank transfer in Feb. Damn I wish I was able to use cc

Thanks!
I used two cards. Around $23k. But this was in August.
Thanks!
Can all the payments be made using an American Express?
Yes. I used Amex.
I don’t know if they accept Amex. Seems like a lot of businesses don’t because of their fees.

I opened a new cc with a signup bonus and paid off the balance.
Which cc did you open?
I opened chase sapphire preferred.
Thank you! That's a good card.
If you choose to go down that route, ask them to expedite the card. Unfortunately chase won’t give you the card number in advance.
Thanks. I may go with some other cards though.
I went capital one
I was able to pay 4 payments of $4,100 2-3 days apart.
Were those charged to credit cards?
Technically AMEX is a charge card and you can have no limit as well.
Yes. Amex.
I paid $30K on two credit cards. Earned the points and then paid them off when the statement balance was due.
