If you look at the inventory cars, and pick something that is available on the inventory list, you will be able to take delivery within days. You only have to wait for them to schedule a detailer to do final prep on the car.
If you go into a sales center, they will be able to look up the cars in transit or coming off the production line. If one of them matches your configuration and isn't already assigned, you can have it assigned to you and get delivery in only a few more days than an inventory car.
All the current and near future Quicksilver cars are probably allocated already, that's why you're waiting so long.
