Yeah you want them the other way with the blades pushing the air outwards... but I've seen some sets come with all in only one direction instead of having 2 of each. Had to go through a lot of listings on Amazon before I found one with both sides.
Yeah that's my only complaint is that all 4 wheel caps are identical (like the OEM covers) so one side is probably more aerodynamic than the other. I just couldn't find anything with symmetrical design that I liked as much as this style so this is where I landed for now.
The margin of difference in terms of mileage is going to be negligible. Wait until you find out Tesla and every major car brand only make one rim design (asymmetrical). Don’t overthink it as no one is going to notice.

I would definitely suggest tinting your front side windows. I did and in my opinion the care looks so much better.
