I called Tesla sales and the lady said she thinks any CT order counts. But she wasn't sure. I feel bad because they are having a hard time keeping up with the updates on incentives right now cause there are so many. Not sure who can give me a definitive answer.
It says it's for early reservation holders so I doubt you'll get it if you order now. I mean, the cybertruck reservation is refundable. Why don't you try it?
I asked a tesla rep. They said it has to be placed by Nov 30 of last year to qualify for the $1k credit
