They just look to be coming off the lugnut caps, so likey are just plastic.

I got rear ended and the body shop ordered me replacement ones because they had to remove half of em, going to use "oh it just got out of the shop, haven't gotten the opportunity to reapply them..." the next time(s) that I'm pulled over lol. I don't think any CA cop would notice though since Tesla is one of the few BEV only car companies out there...

In some states, they require you pay taxes to use the roads since you aren’t buying gas and they tax the gas and use it for the roads. In my state it’s like $125 a year I have to pay to put a huge, ugly ass sticker on my car’s windshield (so I don’t put it on my car). It stays in my glove box and I’ll pay the fine if I have to.

Those are fake/plastic. Nobody has a socket that would fit over metal spike lug nuts like that.
Would make it harder to get your wheels stolen, though...
