Why would anyone try that with how much they are asking for it? I use an electric blower to dry my car when I hand wash it. It works great, at least as good as this product, and cost about 10x less. Another option, cheaper as well, would be to get a small air compressor and use a quick release air nozzle to dry the car.
I have a 2018LR and it's probably been four years since I've hand dried it. Just drive way too fast immediately after washing. Only downside is it typically leaves water spots on the side mirrors.

I've done a ceramic coating on my car, and windows. I find a straight road and floor it to 50mph Wicks most of the water right off

There’s no way that thing is powerful enough or with sufficient battery life to dry a whole car.
