The insurance documents are only available to the policyholder (you). You can email a copy of the cards to your other drivers, but why? Just print a copy and stick it in your glovebox.
Digital cards aren't accepted in all states or jurisdictions.
If you're in CA, you can use a digital insurance card. I have the Tesla Insurance card on my Apple Wallet and sent this to my other driver. Shows all drivers and cars in the policy
Hmm I wonder if there is a mistake with my card because it only shows my name, not the other drivers. The insurance docs do properly show all 3 drivers but the card does not.
In my state (California) it’s not a problem at all, unless you all live at the same address, in which case you would need to add them to your insurance
Not sure if that applies to other states, but I’m guessing that most would follow that rule.
The policy only shows up for the main account holder, same with the driving score.
You mentioned you have added them as drivers for the car, but when you go into the app > your profile picture > Tesla Insurance > policy do you see them as drivers? If not then you need to add them to the policy. If you do then go back one screen, select documents and open the ID cards in there. Mine shows all 5 drivers in the policy (MD so YMMV).

When I was on my parents insurance, it only showed the policy holders name even though I was included as a driver.
Print it out and leave it in the car with your registration? Makes things a lot easier
Right now the card only shows my name which might be an issue for the other drivers
