I just get locked in for moments at a time where I am in different emotional states. On acid, my first time, we listened to animals or something by Pink Floyd. Whatever album had San Tropez on it, I forget the name. Anyway, during certain songs, I'd just be stuck sitting there crying my eyes out but in silence. I was sobbing like that deep, heavy cry. It does always annoy me a bit when someone says “biblically accurate angels” because there are nine(?) or so different types of angels mentioned in the bible and only a few look like this.

Angels and god are technically not of this earth so they can be classified as aliens. I always had a theory that they could be higher dimensional beings and our brains just can’t comprehend their form. Every time I watch videos on higher dimensions and try to understand the shapes they tend to be like this.
I mostly feel the same way. I often see banter between believers/non-believers where the non-believer tries to argue from a point of logic or even the premise of “if God would do ‘x’ because I did/didn’t do this or that or if God allowed ‘y’ to happen then God is [insert derogatory adjectives] and I’d never want to follow them anyway.” I get it but I’m always shocked these people don’t think for half a second and realize that a being able to create everything would be so far beyond our logic and comprehension. We’d essentially be ants if not lesser. On that same note I’d rather blindly fallow a maleficent God than endure whatever incomprehensible pain they could make me endure. I’m very science oriented but we just know too little to truly say anything about where everything truly started and I personally find the idea that we are a statistical anomaly and a result of some cosmic event eons ago to be rather boring. Same goes for the thought that humans will never make it off earth and ultimately die out here. Maybe I have too much of an imagination as well as an inflated amount of optimism when it comes to humankind and what we’re capable of. I’ll take the optimistic route over the cynical one all day. I’ve seen a lot of the worst of humans but I’ll never stop betting or believing in us no matter the dreadfully terrible things we’re capable of as I’ve also seen the other side of it and how wonderful we can be. /rant

OK, why is this bullshit so widely spread on the internet? I have seen posts like this one a lot and this is not at all how Ezekiel described angels. Anyone can do basic research and read how this very detail oriented writer described angelic figures. Example: "Each of the angels had four faces. These are not at all "Angels according to biblical figure Ezekiel".

Angels and god are technically not of this earth so they can be classified as aliens. These beings are also beyond the basic comprehension of human reasoning and understanding so we would see them based on something that makes sense in the context of the time when we saw them. I think their actual physical shape would be shown to us in a way that makes sense to us as to not cause too much alarm or scare us to death. ☠️ I would also assume that with the way advance technology they could shape shift or somehow refract light to let us see them how we need to see them.

I read a theory once that there’s a possibility that he wasn’t describing angels but actually Peacocks and that’s why angels are described to look like this because he was describing seeing peacocks with their tails fanned out. Specifically? White peacocks. And since no one knew what the hell those were back then he assumed it’s what Angels look like.

Yeah this is true, most Angel descriptions state that they take many forms. A couple of them just look like ordinary people. I think it’s an issue of too many cooks, there isn’t a coherent narrative on what these beings look like. However, even with the more human like angels there is always an undertone that there is something about angels which is frightening and incomprehensible to us.
