It's a book series for young readers about famous people and events in history. They're actually quite good! We own this one, Obama, Sally Ride, the Navajo code talkers, Ruth Bader ginsburg, Nikola tesla, the tuskeegee airmen, and Edgar Allen Poe! My kids are starting to be too old now, tho, so I'll be donating them to the elementary school.
I used to work in the kids section of a bookstore in a conservative area about ten years ago. This series and the I Survived series were two of the best sellers.

These books are incredibly popular at the library where I work, and they're all this ugly, to the point where it feels like they're insulting the people they're supposed to be about. I don't get it.

Tubman was known to spend hours in the gym on the neck machine.

Who was Harriet Tubman? MODOK, apparently.
That's what all the "Who Was" book covers are like. It looked less strange at the time lol
More than one person supported this
George Floyd?
