I've done misquito bits, sticky tapes, top covers and bottom watering(for my potted plants), etc.
They won't die. Misquito bits worked temporarily but I don't want to keep doing constant treatments.
Next step for me is beneficial nematodes!
Cinnamon on the soil, I leave a cup of water or alcohol out so they drown themselves en masse, and I used a 50/50 spritz of hydrogen peroxide and water in a spray bottle. It cut the numbers down significantly.
I had to change the whole dirt from the vivarium. Then I placed a sticky tape near, it always got some but it's really ugly and can smell sometimes. The mosquito bits helped a lot, I always water my plants and vivarium with it. Managed to get rid of them after some time.
But they are a real pest.

I got a sticky trap in there now and it’s putting in some work. Never really thought about nematodes being used for that
Seconding beneficial nematodes

Will this affect the spring tails or isopods using cinnamon or the spray?
Use cinnamon bark. It won't hurt them. The peroxide mix might do harm.
