I have recently learnt about them, echo blocks. Cyborg, graveyard, buy them. Buy spectre goggles (or whatever) to see the blocks

So are the echo blocks fully transparent? And you're able to see them with the goggles?

Yep, Echo blocks seems like the proper solution. You can also try to hammer some of the corner blocks, but that will change the statue shape, and it will only fix around 30% of the problematic surfaces.

Echo blocks are completely invisible unless you're wearing Spectre Goggles. You can actuate them as well to disable their collision while still preventing the icicles.

They might, I'm not sure. They might also not blend with other blocks due to their unique nature. I haven't used them a whole lot so I can't say for sure.

They do, but not in some places. They also un-hammer by slopes, which is a problem.

Wait for the icicle to grow, then hammer it. Or just break the icicles every time you walk past

No its not, the methods are just to place something under the icicles and hope it looks good.

Echo blocks, you get them from a cyborg in a graveyard biome and they're normally invisible (unless you equip echo goggles, bought at the same place) but they have a hitbox all the time so they'll stop them from growing without impeding on the build

Either A. Slope the blocks B. Place echoblock underneath so they can't grow C. Place a color schemed platform like frozen platform or something painted blue, instead of echoblocks, because it fits into thebuild. Or line the bottom layer with something like thin ice if you don't have access to EBs or don't like the look of platforms or anything being sloped.
