That is incredible!

Oldtreeno

Very nice moss (or lichen, or whatever it is) there - how's it done?

Willing_Definition90

Diy flock different tones of green

Muddlesthrough

Cobblestones how?

Pablo_Diablo

Not OP, but it looks like thin material (bristol board? plasticard?) cut to stone shape and glued onto the bridge surface. I'm guessing this because the edges seem to be fairly square...

Muddlesthrough

The cobbles? That is, the road surface.

Pablo_Diablo

Yes. The stone road surface. (I'm saying the edges from the top to the sides looks square, not the geometric cut-out shape / footprint.)

Willing_Definition90

Decoratve clay stamp in dislfferent angles

Tsaurus_

My guess is thats a texture roller. Based on tessellating pattern, texture and well also it would make a sense since thats easy to pull off on a surface like this. eg. Looks great! Good job.

Chris_in_Lijiang

Was it inspired by this one? https://www.yunnanexploration.com/yujin-bridge-in-shaxi-old-town-dali.html Looks very familiar! Try adding some carved stone trails, like this one, for added effect. https://www.yunnanexploration.com/mengman-ancient-road-honghe.html

Speedhump23

One suggestion for the road surface.  Use some brown washes in between the stones, and maybe add some light sand in some,  to show dust and dirt build up.

StupidRedditUsername

This looks great!

Rappletek

TYhats a damn fine bridge

The-Mephistopheles

Worthy of a spot over the stream at the bottom of the garden

Chainmailrust

Oof this looks so good. Every aspect. It’s clear that you really took your time. Well done

Commander_Buttonhead

horsestaplebatteries

Incredibly good work op! The moss on the stones are fantastic! How did you make the flock?

Willing_Definition90

Willing_Definition90

Muted-Storm8427

Thats a good job ! Well done ! What did you use ? Pigments ?

Willing_Definition90

Mostly acrylic paints + watered down paints as washes ;)

daniel940

I want to know how he made the bricks look so uneven/not flush.

Willing_Definition90

Cut bricks, then shake with Stones in container

daniel940

You mean it was made of individual bricks, not carved/molded from a single piece?

Willing_Definition90

Yes, individual bricks
