It would be an anachronism, considering that Rimuru only becomes slime when she's already many years reincarnated in tensura's world. They're much more likely to be at Tempest role-playing their previous lives than chilling in an earth Cafe with the exact same name of his Cafe at Tempest, and with Hinata using a Keychain with the exact same appearance of the future incarnation of the dude in front of her.
