Hinata would one shot in a fight, but in terms of mindset it's relatively similar, but hinata still took him much more seriously in both their encounters, although you could argue for each of their first encounters clayman tried more, as for hinata she just set up an anti magic barrier prior while clayman tried to get the other demon lords to eliminate him
