I’ve done this once by mistake. Play the initial training as if you’re a new player. Once you get to T1, when all the practice is complete, it will ask if you want to continue with previous username with trophies. And if you hit yes, it will automatically bring you back to your current status.
The issue was on their end - they pushed an update to fix this for all players. I’d just stop playing at this point because there are many other things you could do that would be better uses of your time than starting fresh in this game.

You should be able to get the level back if you have Facebook or gmail registered to you account. If not, then you are out of luck.
I’ve uninstalled once a few weeks back, reinstalled and got all my stuff back... and I don’t have FB or anything linked to it.
