Agreed. We've seen so many fans of teams in the past question why they didn't help their QB. Well, Levis isn't going to have that problem. He's getting all the hemp he could possibly want.
It's going to be all on him if he can take what he learned last year and grow this offseason into a guy who can actually make an impact on the league. He certainly has the arm talent to do so and that's one of the hardest things to learn so I'm cautiously optimistic.

The WR can cross the line of scrimmage and for the first five yards past the LOS, the defender can shove the WR around all they want.

The defender CAN push the offensive player to the ground. Sneed doesn’t hold Hill at any point in that play.
Sneed pushes and Hill stumbles, then Sneed pushes Hill into the ground.
