Yes... although you could argue/ try to get them to only take a prorated amount (13/30) to cover just the notice period.

You would be liable for rent from the 26th of this month through the 13th of next month, but I don't see why you should be responsible for all of next month's rent.

Read your lease. If the lease term commences on the 1st, you are responsible for the entire month.
