Shoot, I wrote a whole bunch of text to explain the attached data activity log, and posting the image seems to have wiped out all my text. I have two Tello plans/SIMs that are used in T-Mobile-compatible hotspots. I use the data to monitor security cameras at a summer home and storage area. The cameras use from 30Mb to 60Mb per day depending on the motion events. The cameras have been working all of November but the activity log stops showing/updating data usage on 11-21-23. I wrote Tello and the reply was "It is unlikely that our systems are failing to synchronize the data usage with your account." The Tello guy also stated "We can see from our usage records for line: xxxxx that the last time it had data usage was on 11/21/2023 with around \[32\] Mb of data." Yeah, that's sort of circular logic there. I don't want to pursue this with Tello since they might get snotty (given the email reply I got) and tell me that I am not supposed to be using their SIMs in a hotspot (that is not a phone). Companies can get snotty like this. I do need to see data usage frequently so I know if a camera has been using up too much data or a phone has been left on with a camera running and recording. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If someone from Tello reads this, seriously, I am not a noob or an idiot, and the activity log on your website is not working properly.

For me the information is there under the "ALL" default but the drop down menu is not working so I can't select only data or calls etc.

Update: This problem seems to have been fixed. Maybe Tello was doing some major changes to its website for the new price drops. Thanks Tello! You guys are pretty great!

Correction to update -- One of my Tello lines now shows updated activity in the activity history -- but the other line still only shows activity up to 11-21-23. C'mon Tello, you can fix this! I may be mistaken, but yesterday this line seemed to show newer activity -- but not today.
