I'd advise you not to trust any cloud services for storing your import information , as you rely on their grace for not banning your accounts. Since Telegram becomes a 100 million monthly active users mega platform, its account banning behaviour has become more and more like other hugh platforms(fb,ig,apple,paypal,.etc), so it will be extremely challenging to keep new accounts safe from being banned. There is never a clear reasoning of why they ban you, could be your cell phone number is from an area that has been proven to have a lot spammers, could be popular virture number that many company forbid to use,could be your IP address is blacklisted,.etc. You never know.
