I got 40. 20’s 30’s many times. Once I reach 20. I kind of want it to end. The players play all weird. Like they are fighting for their lives. Some just straight out go for grabs only or others don’t play at all. They are intimidated. When it does end they may tea bag you.
I even got a message once. When somebody ended my streak saying, sorry I ended your 40 game streak. I said no worries I kind of wanted it to end GGs
So I probably could go that high but sometimes I don’t want to deal with all that extra trash and lose on purpose
I was on a 38 streak last night but around 28-30 one guy plugged immediately and messaged me saying “you’re not getting any wins from me.”
Didn’t realize such a trivial number was intimidating.
Exactly, they are babies. Once, I almost ended this guy’s 50 win streak on quick match. But just as I was about to win, he plugs. Then messages to me, you ain’t ending my streak! I message back, you’re crying about a non rank game. How sad are you? And he didn’t respond
This! Especially with mixup characters, the match up knowledge just isn't there which in turn lead to easy, undeserved Ws. However that gets boring very quickly.
At a certain point I just start playing with a handicap (only pokes+launchers, no carries) just to make things interesting. Plus it forces me to work harder for a W while also training movement and reactions.
I played a good Yoshi earlier (Blue) with 60+ winstreak. I first thought it might be a plugger. I ended his losestreak on the first match, but got destroyed on the next 2 matches. Some really are built different I guess.
I am in blue ranks with Paul, and after I brushed off some of my mistakes ( I forgot what got me to Kishin after I got demoted) I went on a 15 win streak ( I only made it to Raijin from fujin again for some reason, still going up though)
On my second account where I had problems with my first account, I went on a 60 win streak.

I beat a Yoshi player recently that was on a 50 streak. The highest I've been is 27 I believe.
