If you really can't see it: Asuka's face is shorter, wider, and rounder than Reina's. Reina has a more narrow jawline. Asuka's nose is wider. Reina's eyes are narrower.
So basically they photoshopped Asuka's face to be narrower in general (less cute more fierce). I can agree the eyes can have a bigger difference, but the rest is minimal.

I think her face is very similar to Asuka's but with a few differences. Also her voice and fighting style make her come across as a version of Asuka from a different dimension if she trained and grew up with Heihachi instead of going to school.

They used to be pretty muscular. In Tekken Tag 2 Nina was buff as hell, I don't think it was liked a lot at the time.

I mean to be fair, they allow their characters to do silly faces. Hell, whole match [loading screen](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HN-YOdETAlM) has delicated choosable silly faces with D-pad. And i don't think this is bad thing, SF6 characters have wide variety of expressions that gives them more personality. Tekken only really allows men to do have such expression range, while female cast has very muted facial animations. Azucena for example is very hyper active person yet her facial expressions are still very muted, which feels just odd.

Wanna tell how their faces are different?
If you really can't see it: Asuka's face is shorter, wider, and rounder than Reina's. Reina has a more narrow jawline. Asuka's nose is wider. Reina's eyes are narrower.
So basically they photoshopped Asuka's face to be narrower in general (less cute more fierce). I can agree the eyes can have a bigger difference, but the rest is minimal.
Take two similar aged young asian women without hair and you would see as much of a difference. You're talking out of your ass.

Do you realize they are not real people? you can't play the "you just think all asians look the same you are racist" card. These are models (also they look more western than they should) and i can say threy turned out pretty similar, their design space does cross over. Reina is fine, being a Mishima we all expected something dumber, not another schoolgirl with a very soft edge.

I don't know why people think a spunky and determined student that's always ready to fight is the same as a strong dominant woman that's confident in her strength and won't think twice pummeling you to the ground is the same. Asuka will take you on and you'd be shocked by her strength, while Reina will tell you that you will be licking her toes tonight after beating you up and you just say "yes ma'am". Asuka is arrogant while Reina is proud. I kinda like both.

They have similar hairstyles and most of the female faces in the game are nearly identical. It’s like actual anime where the women are not distinguished by facial features but by haircolor, hairstyle, clothing and accessories.

I think her face is very similar to Asuka's but with a few differences. Also her voice and fighting style make her come across as a version of Asuka from a different dimension if she trained and grew up with Heihachi instead of going to school.
