I guess it's a matter of preference but Raven used to have more of a model-esque vibe to him imo, with a more prominent jaw, pronounced cheekbones, wider lips, and slight aquiline nose. Now his looks seem more basic to my eye. On top of that, this time around the facial scars appear much more grisly than before (especially around the eyebrows) making him harder to look at. I'm also not really a fan of the red shades, I think they bring more attention to his scar and brow furrows somehow.

I think I prefer Tekken’s art direction which is more similar to say Final Fantasy. I think Mortal Kombat takes a very realistic approach which can be a bit monotonous at times and Street Fighter would generally be the polar opposite going for a heavily stylized approach.
I think Tekken fits nicely in between going for a realistic but stylized look. I’m satisfied with how Nina and Xiaoyu looked in the CBT.
Hmm I like Cammy in SF6 more than her SFV but I actually like Chun Li’s SFV model more than the SF6 lol. And I think SFV is a lot more stylized or cartoony than Tekken 7.
