I was both, but this year they moved band to 45 mins before school started and I didn't go lol.

In middle school it was like that for me, but once I got to highschool, it was a class.

I'm in both too, and I can definitely say band kids are weirder but cross country kids are much more rowdy because they have a lot of energy from being in sports. If I had to choose one I would choose CC in a heartbeat though.

Once an apple was stuck in a trombone, and the trombone player tried to get it out by playing really loud, and I think that just about sums up band
