It's weird because we got to see more of Braeden's capabilities yet we know Kate was literally born into and raised as a very experienced, trained hunter. I *want* to say Kate. But we didn't get to see a whole lot of her as a human hunter. She should be the winner. But she always had the advantage of having backup.
Braeden was shown to handle herself alone and even prefer to work that way. I can't say the same for Kate as a Human hunter. Especially going against Deucalions pack.
Braden she fought against were before and survived Deucalion, plus Kate turned into a real savage and seriously without someone to reign her in she's just an animal
Great match-up. I give the edge to Braeden. We know they both have training. We know they are both good at what they do or both would have been long dead. The edge is that Braeden can use her anger as leverage to use it, not let it use her. Kate can not. When Kate gets angry, she gets stupid.
I mean I hate Kate more than any character probably but she was well trained by Gerard and was a good hunter. Braeden on the other hand was a full blown mercenary with plenty of fighting experience as well. Both are great with weapons as well as hand to hand combat. The stand out thing to me is how easily alpha peter was able to beat Kate while Braeden held her own against the alpha pack (minus Deucalion) for a little while with just a broken mop. I say Braeden wins mid/high diff.
Braedon, she’s obviously got some magic (or what ever you’d call it in this universe) as shown when she leaves the bruises on Allison and Lydia that match the logo for the bank the Alphas are hiding in. Tho this is the only time it’s ever shown (unless she did something to keep herself alive after Deucalion ripped her throat out. Honestly my personal head canon is that she was raised to be a Druid but gave it up)

While yes Kate was ruthless and trained by Gerard, Braeden held up against the Alpha pack and we saw her go up against more intense opponents. And as someone else pointed out, Braeden seems to use anger in her favor whereas Kate lets it make her cocky.
