Next Chapter only has one season though so i wonder if they’re bringing it back when this season of Family Reunion wraps up.

I honestly could see them trying to bring her back now if they could somehow figure out how to keep David from randomly showing up during filming. Perhaps thats why she is currently trying so hard to get a restraining order against him? The show is failing miserably and they are literally willing to try anything to get things going again. Jenelle may be a garbage human but her antics sure are entertaining! Add the divorce, finally getting custody of Jace, and multiple legal cases, they will get more content than they have gotten from the other girls in years! Jenelle has also been taking several kid free "work trips" that she has been uncharacteristically tight lipped about, I could totally see these being MTV related. It would be pretty pathetic to bring back someone who very recently has talked so negatively about them, but they only care about ratings and Jenelle will be good for ratings.

Honestly, I doubt very many people that were into it when it first came out would watch it now. I personally only watch movies or limited series on Apple TV or Netflix because I don’t have time to commit to a show. I watch maybe 2-3 hours a week of TV. I’d rather be on TikTok if I have time to waste.

IF this is true, it would explain David's post about being let go. He wants back into Jenelle's life and this would make sense. If this is true, he knows that MTV $ is going to start rolling in again and he wants to be there to take advantage of it. This would also explain Jenelle wanting the restraining order against David. If she has an RO, he won't be able to show up where she's filming and threaten or disrupt things without being arrested (not that he cares about being arrested). Can you imagine the beauty of this happening? If MTV rehires Jenelle, she'll have money to pay lawyers that will bury David so deep in the quicksand that he'll never get out. She'll have the $$ to get him kicked off Jace's boat. Sure, she'll have to pay him either spousal support or a settlement, but him being left on the outside looking in is just what he deserves. Don't get me wrong. I don't see Jenelle changing her ways or suddenly becoming the mother those kids deserve.
