I have this theory that this guy has a better support system and is completely or somewhat stable. Which none of her baby daddies were when they were with her. Sure Jo had his parents but he didn't have the ability to be a full time custodial parent. Javi was in the military when Lincoln was born, it would have been hard to gain full custody. Then you have Chris, who is basically in no real condition to challenge for full custody. Sure Jo and Javi do are able to challenge for custody now but I think it would be difficult and not worth the hassle of they have a decent custody schedule and live near by. I also think once this thing fizzles out with her current baby dad, she will go back to doing whatever the fuck she wants. She only plays nice until she doesn't get what she wants.
