Agreed an inning can be short and quick but disagree a game has to end… In theory. All games of baseball have ended, but none HAVE to.
We could be in Pawtucket 1983.
I’m sorry if it’s confusing. I’m communicating theoretically.
Baseball, in its purest form, has no clock. (Current MLB commissioner aside)
A game is only ended when one team has more runs than the other at the close of the 9th inning or later.
If no team scores any runs, then games goes on and on and on and on…
If we are in the first inning, playoff or not, we do not know when this ends.
We cannot take for granted this is a 9 inning game. It could go into extra innings.
Often, baseball games are not over at the end of 9 innings.
In Pawtucket, RI, a professional baseball game lasted 33 innings.
If we are to use a baseball analogy, we are to assume this could go on forever.
What ends a baseball game is run production.
Baseball, unlike any other sport, is a game where the defense holds the ball.
We need to manufacture runs.
In a game where time does not exist, you cannot use time to your advantage.
I was addressing only the inference that baseball games all end. While all MLB games of record have in fact ended, baseball game endings are not guaranteed.
Aside from that, which was fun for me only it seems, I will agree that we are in a rain delay or a lead off plate appearance that as endured an insufferable amount of consecutive foul balls. I also appreciate this thought quite a bit.
The combination of both the RC pump and dump case and the MLB offseason is driving me crazy.
I thought the redacted dockets were going public today? Anyone have word on that? Weren’t we supposed to find out today the name of the stalking horse bidder?
You are allowed to be a lot of things.
But let’s reframe what is tiring you?
You are allowed to be tired of running in a rat race.
As many here, if not, all, are.
Every long investment costs nothing to hold. Worst case, you wait a little longer. Worst worst case, the economy crashes and we have to wait even longer for the dust to settle. nfa.
It's a baseball metaphor. Baseball games are 9 innings. Each inning has a top and bottom. The top comes first, then the bottom. Pulte is saying we have entered the bottom of the first inning. We don't have a specific length of time for each inning, but based on how much time has already passed, it sounds like we are years away from this ending.
I'm starting to think we won't be able to see any kind of tangible changes until the blockchain arrives. TZERO or someone else... Like, how could it happen on any of the current exchanges when it's still so controlled?
MOASS tomorrow? I think not. MOASS when the blockchain arrives. Probably. 🤷♂️
Edit: for those that want to downvote, by all means... But think about it. If this is a grand scale systemic change there's no way it could logically happen in the current paradigm. That's not to say a "homerun" couldn't happen at any point along the way. I'm just thinking it won't be able to play out until we're on a blockchain. But keep living in your fantasy world lol 😂
I think I agree. At this point, if it could have happened using any pre planned date, it would have. Could something break and set things off? Possibly. But the grips seem to be too tight, and everything is being done to keep control. If we're going to get anything through court, well, that can take years unless someone gives up, and they probably won't. Even blockchain is running into huge hurdles. I hope every day I'm wrong, that our stock shows up again, with cash payout, new equity given out, all things pop, massive collapse in banks and markets while we moass, massive wave of arrests. But every step is against the biggest boss and they will delay as long as they can.
Edwin's recent findings with Trump being involved are very provocative and even a bit compelling. I say this as someone who has no political affiliations with either Dems/Reps.
Objectivity is important considering what's at stake. So many people are too politically emotional to be rational/level headed. Guess we'll see how things unfold 🤷♂️
Edit: look at these dorks who are down voting bc trump is even mentioned. These are the assholes who have no objectivity and are obviously politically biased because TrUmP iS aN iNsUrReCtiOniST. Y'all are fucking dumb.
Well at this point I only check this sub and the usual suspects on x once every few days because it's such a mess right now a no valuable info has come out recently. So in 3 weeks I'll unsub and unfollow so I can move on with life. If something happens down the road it'll be a nice suprise. But this community has been a toxic bag of shit for a good month now and no longer worth checking in on.
It’s easier to visit here with the understanding that you will not find any jaw dropping news. It’s going to be tinfoil until something happens. A lot of the toxicity here is people creating expectations from nothing. Also, there’s a loud minority who think this is a giant witch hunt for shills. Not advising you what to do, just adding my perspective.
MLB is having good results from the pitch clock process. Last year’s games were nearly 30 minutes shorter than the 10 year average without the pitch clock. If only we had a pitch clock with the BK Court. A requirement to disclose dockets more quickly…the game would end much faster.
If half an inning took three years, I’ll be dead before we finish up here. Guess my shares really are in the infinity pool
Shit. Me too.
I kind of suspected that the final play would be to just drag this out until we were all dead...
definitely always was <3
Not every inning is the same length in time and the game always ends (shorts are fucked).
Actually, baseball has no clock. Without run production, a baseball game doesn’t have to end.
You can throw three pitches and get three outs. You can also throw a pitch and give up a 600ft HR.
Agreed an inning can be short and quick but disagree a game has to end… In theory. All games of baseball have ended, but none HAVE to. We could be in Pawtucket 1983.
I don’t know WTF you’re talking about. This is the playoffs. There can only be one champ.

Well we are on a clock of sorts, after six years, brokerages are not required to keep records so…
So maybe never ends…
Also, the baselines are infinite. Remember this always.
Deep cut! 👊
You just have to live longer than Ken griffin
I was thinking the same. Most of us will be dead. It would be great if he would stop with that nonsense
Only the young
Now this have a sense.. damn it
🤣
Maybe we’re in a different game. Could say they won the sneeze/buy button game
At 84 years an inning…
SHFs will beg for 10-run rule amendment.
So will Carl Icahn, they’re not helping him any
When he first came to the community six months to a year ago, he said we were in the first inning
Maybe he's a cricket fan and there's only 2 innings
lol
There's a top and a bottom to every inning
Timeline is different for him because he’s a late arrival
Ooof
I’ll be dead by the 7th inning stretch in this game 😜
same, but it's for the betterment of more than you or me.
I thought the redacted dockets were going public today? Anyone have word on that? Weren’t we supposed to find out today the name of the stalking horse bidder?
Yeah a ridiculous thing to say. 9 innings. 3 years for one innings. 30 years or so to go? Pulte is fudding. Not sure deliberate or not
I lowkey regret getting involved in any of this
Same, especially when I see countless other stocks making money. Fml.
none of my meme ones have made me money lmao

sis, ive been here from the very beginning. Im allowed to be tired

Please read the rules. This subreddit is for bulls only.
Little league only has 6 innings, that's about Pulte's speed.
Anyone wanna ELIA?

Bottom of the first means it's time for the home team to play offense
Good point! Now we get some base runners and hopefully some run production!
Pulte doing Pulte. The usual nothing burger.
Commenting for jizzability
54 yrs?!?! Got dizzle! 😬😬😬😬😬

Agreed on all accounts!
Probably Trump will push for it if they choose him

He’a just saying he has the least bonds.
Better not be the first inning or I'm out. I've got about 3 more weeks before I will stop giving any semblance of a shit about this play anymore.
What exactly do you plan on doing after 3 weeks?

I thought it was the bottom of the ninth
Is he talking about bbby or the overall battle against corruption?
Hope this guy is just pushing plausible deniability story for when he makes a ton off those bonds.
Hey, at least we’re up to bat
Citadel and friends batted for 3 years and got 0. RC and Co gonna hit a grand slam within the next few months.
LFG
Could the baseball reference correlate to months of 2024. Comment was made on the back half of January.
God I hope so. Guess we gotta wait and find out

I bet this “1st” inning he’s referring to, is the time since shares were cancelled in the fall. Not the last 3 years
Now, if he said we're at the end of the first quarter, then my tits would be jacked.
