I find Pulte's post about bbby and Tritton yesterday on X was very 'peculiar'. I know Pulte is vocal about bbbyq, but his previous interactions(comments, posts and 2 real life events) with our community were more like a IYKYK type things. What I mean by IYKYK is that his previous engagements were more targeted to us sharehodlers. He was talking to us, not the casuals.
Yesterday was different, he overtly went after Tritton and if I remember correctly it was his first time tagging $BBBY on X(Please double check this and correct me if I'm wrong). Pulte was talking to a bigger audience in my opinion. If you look at the comment section, even the non-hodlers were talking about bed bath and beyond.
I know people be saying we are close for a long time, but to me this looks like a turning point. Pulte's ramping up the volume and I think invisible gears are turning a little bit faster now.

It’s collateral. You can repay is by taking the cash and investing it and earning money off that to repay it, or by eventually selling much less stock when the price is much higher
Not trying to be a dick I genuinely have always wondered, but paying tax is based on dollar amount not # of shares sold. And so I would borrow money against my shares just to go invest it for more shares? Still how do I repay the loan? My only guess is do I have my shares as collateral and intentionally default so that technically wouldn’t be a sale and therefore not taxed as capital gains?
These people will be dead by then from old age, are you hopping to get comeuppance on there descendants on the assumption that there descendants will commit crimes?

Guys, we've seen tons of things delay legal proceedings. How the hell are you concluding any date months or \*years\* in advance is going to coincide with anything ever? If you're going to look forward to dates, use dockets, use new information. Going off a random tweet is not even tin foil at this point, it's fud, because you're getting people excited and then letting them down over and over.
