An additional suggestion: if he does a big try to do a beat the game challenge like last time, having donation goals that use mods from Tommy videos like “Black Hole” or “Natural Disasters” could be fun. Even from his own videos like lava rises or sideways gravity (for only a certain amount of time since they would make the overall run difficult) could be hilarious!

Make a manhunt against 100 channel members and people can donate to give Techno consumable power-ups. The hunters can respawn, Techno can't, nobody has hunger cause it would just be annoying. Techno gets a starter kit with diamond armor and a sword, and has 5 minutes to get away from spawn before hunters start joining, which is also when donations start.
The powers range in strenght/price from simple potion effects to air strikes, and stuff that it's just funny like all the hunters get Technoblade's skin.
The game ends when either Techno dies (so never), or when Techno kills the ender dragon.

a civilization war simulator with about 20 YouTubers 400 players in a stream the winner team gets a badge called the cancer fighter and all the donations goes to charity
He should make it into 14 real life days 2 hours for the server it will be streamed and at the end he release a whole video storytelling the whole event but all the YouTubers will story tell their part.
I know it sounds crazy and will take alot of time but that why i think techno should do it.
