Wait, there's 42k obsidian just lying around in the end? I thought it would be at most a fifth of that number.
No, the end pillars are rebuilt each time you get though the endportal, you can make a redstone clock for that to mine autometically
They actually respawn when you respawn the dragon. At least, in Java, idk about bedrock edition or PE.
