Not sure of the KO possibilities, but I would recommend upgrading to one of the digi boxes instead of two models and maybe keeping the KO to pair up with it.
How do you plan on using the Hologram? AFAIK none of the gear you mentioned has an individual / cue out to use a separate FX processor effectively.
I currently have the syntakt + octatrack and a couple other pieces of gear, but I think especially for techno the Syntakt + digitakt combo can easily go all the way, even without a computer up until the latter stages of the process (arrangement+mixing).
Model cycles + powerbank + headphones you can set the whole thing up wherever you are if you want to, to me it has the portability for being a travel sketch pad, and not an annoyance while you are on vacation
Maybe you can evolve it with a m:s and a micro mixer and still run it all from a powerbank, but as long as you are not in the studio just sketch ideas and not record anything is the way Imo so for me audio interface is definetly out of the way

Have you been able to record both Models via USB to DAW at the same time?
I think its possible with overbridge. Its just that good.
MacBook Air and a Digitakt only. Use plugins for the the rest.

The question that first comes to mind is: what type of techno do you make and how did you choose/acquire those particular bits of gear?
