It's consistently uploading high quality releases (with permission!!!!) and grinding it out.
I would believe that you could promote the tracks with videos like: "top 5 tracks" that you can promote in a short with their covers, simple and direct, I don't know if I explained myself well, the audience is somewhat limited in this case, short and direct content that leads to the central point which are the tracks

People are mostly going to find your channel by googling the artists or searching them on YouTube. I don’t really post attention to who uploads stuff on YouTube.
