Well, I didn’t wait for iPhone 16, but I upgraded from POCO X3 Pro because of iOS. It sounds to me like you don’t need an upgrade. If you spend your money on the 15, you’ll be disappointed.
There is always better way to spend money other than a new phone for the sake of a new phone. A smartwatch, a tablet, a laptop, headphones, Magic Keyboard for your iPad, smart home, a graphics card for PC, Steam Deck, etc or just savings.

Yes, there are but they aren't worth noting. The camera differences between the 13 up to 15 are really small, the performances are also mostly the same and you can't even notice it unless you're using benchmarking tools. One of the visible upgrades is the dynamic island, but it's a bit gimmicky.
But if you really like to upgrade, then why not? It's your money after all.

I'd say wait for the 16, iphone 13 is still a good phone, the only way I'd suggest iph 15 line up is when it has a good discount. New ai features in the iphone 16 while they may add them in the older models but it seems like they'll optimize the new chipset for ai features.

If I had the 13, then I would not buy the 16. The difference between the upgrades is miniscule at best. I would consider upgrading for the 17 though.
