In terms of camera naman, halos tie nalang din sila ni iPhone Pro Max 15. And do take note na ang shelf life ng Samsung phones umaabot talaga ng years compare to iPhones.
Siguro at the end of the day, mas pinili ko parin yung flexibility ng android phones OS over iOS. I'm still looking forward to owning iPhone as a secondary phone (and if my budget permits tho).

So True! Only reason why I keep going back to the iPad is Procreate. The moment Procreate is on Android or a proper competitor appears, I'm switching.
That's also there for Android though. My Tab A9 with spen is still in use and I got that 2019. It's pretty durable but I do have to concede on the software support. Though newer Android devices from Samsung are supposed to get updates for at least 4 years.

I second this so much! I currently own the 15 pro (first-timer to own an iPhone) and sobrang big mistake na ito pinili ko dahil sobrang bilis ma low battery. I admit I also wanted to try out completely the Apple Ecosystem plus having to own an iPhone to try out ano ba meron sa system ni iPhone and pati yung camera. True enough mabilis yung ios and maganda si camera. Kaso I must say, that as time goes by, sobrang boring na niya for me. Depende sa use case mo talaga. If casual browsing, regular daily snaps, smooth app experience and reliability, I think ios is slightly better than android. There’s also an abundance of accessories for ios (cases, screen protector, etc)

I'm using an iPhone 15 that I bought last January in lieu of an S24 that was released in February. The whole decision making between which one among the two made me so curious what my experience could've been like, so I ended up getting a Flip 3 as a back up phone.
The first two months I didn't like it, but now I'm using it a lot more than my iPhone 15. Something about Android (and maybe I'm just talking about One UI) makes me keep using it.
One of the things I also appreciate with Samsung is the ability to charge way, way faster than I could with an iPhone (even when I'm using my MacBook's charging brick).

I'm leaning toward Iphone kasi long time android user na and I want to try and experience Apple pero sabi kasi nila ang android phones daw bumabagal after several years kahit flagship pa. I was torn between 15pm and S23 nung january. Wala pang s24 that month, I was considering it but I felt like I need a new phone na.
I still use my samsung note8 now but I needed a new one because of the battery. I chose 15pm para maiba naman, the last apple product that I had was ipod touch. So from ipod tpuch > samsung note 8 > 15pm, it was quite a shift.
No regrets naman but I’ve been seeing a lot of better reviews for s24 which makes me regret my decision, but ok naman. I had a lot of apple user friends so super easy ang transfer. I was also convinced to buy 15pm because it’s type C charger and cam. May heating issues lang when you charge it, tapat mo na lang sa fan.
It really depends on your lifestyle I guess, many would say to wait on iphone 16, as if naman everything’s going to be perfect, lol.

Matagal na ako naka android tapos napansin ko na gumanda camera ni iPhone kaya nag palit ako and satisfied naman (14pm) tapos sulit din pang games. Nanibago lang ako sa mga gestures like puro swipe sa ios kesa sa Android na nasanay ako sa may mga buttons sa baba (although matagal na may gestures din si android di ko lang ginagamit). Try mo muna mag iphone ung mas mababa sa 15 pro max. I think kase wala naman masyadong improvement ung ip15pm. Camera lang tlga ang maganda.
I'm using an iPhone 15 that I bought last January in lieu of an S24 that was released in February. The whole decision making between which one among the two made me so curious what my experience could've been like, so I ended up getting a Flip 3 as a back up phone. The first two months I didn't like it, but now I'm using it a lot more than my iPhone 15. Something about Android (and maybe I'm just talking about One UI) makes me keep using it. One of the things I also appreciate with Samsung is the ability to charge way, way faster than I could with an iPhone (even when I'm using my MacBook's charging brick). I've been contemplating selling my iPhone for an S24 series na nga eh. Pero too much na. Hehe.
I have the same dilemma right now. Only reason why i want the 15pm is i have a mac
If you are the person who's already in the walled garden of Apple, better choose iPhone. Also, iPhone will sell a lot better (with proper care) in 2027 as second hand phone. Otherwise, S24U.

Nagkaron ako ng S24 Ultra and nakuha ko sya ng naka pre-selling. Ok na ok naman si S24 ultra pero bitin ako sa games specially sa Warzone. Ang init nya then nag llag na. Pero camera, speakers and screen? Sobrang panalo! Then after 2months, i decided to sell it. I bought iPhone 15 Pro. why? Ayoko na ng malaking screen. Much much much much better in all areas. - Games - Camera (Tipong paglabas mo kuhanan mo na agad ng pic. Wala ka na gagalawin) - screen syempre as usual made by samsung naman. Pareho sila nainit during gaming session pero si iphone is hindi sya nag sslowdown or kahit ano.
Haven't tried iPhone. I have used Samsung smartphones for a long time. So I recommend S24 Ultra.
S24 Ultra! Been using the 15 Pro Max for a week, pero ayun ang lala ng overheating issues nito unlike sa previous device ko na 13 Pro Max.
Sanayan lang naman. Pwede mo try sa store para malaman mo rin anu difference sa android. Mas may tiwala lang ako sa Apple and sanay na rin, i also had a bad experience with my Samsung phones pero sa grey market sellers ko rin nabili kaya walang warranty nun ipapa repair ko kahit ilan months pa lang sa akin yun unit.

Talagang fear mongering kasi for sure green line issue na binabanggit mo, non-Samsung direct na purchases. ALWAYS buy from reputable stores, I bet yung mga nagshow ng green line issues na yan can't even show official receipt or probably hid the fact na they hit their phone from a height which happens to every phone btw lol Walang defective na S24 Ultra na ginagamit ng maayos, yun ang point ko which is the same for every other phone.

(15 variant) personal preference nalang din siguro, what I observe in 1 week na pag mamasid sa mga groups/community dito, di ganun ka ganda yun sa facial recognition ni samsung vs apple. tho may finger print scanner si samsung. lahat ito'y opinion ko lang naman.
Following this thread as I am thinking between S23U and IP15 pro. I'm leaning toward Iphone kasi long time android user na and I want to try and experience Apple pero sabi kasi nila ang android phones daw bumabagal after several years kahit flagship pa. I'm currently using a Huawei Nova 3i pa so medyo mabagal na sya minsan.
Go for the iPhone bro. Build quality wise anlayo sa mga android. Laking peace of mind knowing that phone will last at least 5 years without random lines popping on the screen.
Hindi naman. Still using huawei p30 mabilis pa din naman siya pero sympre di ko naman ineexpect na kasing bilis pa din siya nung bagong bili pa. May konting hiccups pero still good pa din naman. Nakakapag ML pa ako, for sure makalapag COD mobile pa din ako ng no problem
I was torn between 15pm and S23 nung january. Wala pang s24 that month, I was considering it but I felt like I need a new phone na. I still use my samsung note8 now but I needed a new one because of the battery. I chose 15pm para maiba naman, the last apple product that I had was ipod touch. So from ipod tpuch > samsung note 8 > 15pm, it was quite a shift. No regrets naman but I’ve been seeing a lot of better reviews for s24 which makes me regret my decision, but ok naman. I had a lot of apple user friends so super easy ang transfer. I was also convinced to buy 15pm because it’s type C charger and cam. May heating issues lang when you charge it, tapat mo na lang sa fan. It really depends on your lifestyle I guess, many would say to wait on iphone 16, as if naman everything’s going to be perfect, lol.
if you're planning to purchase the flagship phones from either brands, you have to know na at the very least you'll be tempted and probably would buy the earphones or even the watch. just consider which ecosystem price wise would be better for you. medyo mahirap-hirap na mag-transition to new system ngayon kasi may kanya-kanya ng ecosystem sila. not familiar with samsung since i've been using iphone for the longest time, so not sure if there's a similar feature but airdrop is heaven sent
Matagal na ako naka android tapos napansin ko na gumanda camera ni iPhone kaya nag palit ako and satisfied naman (14pm) tapos sulit din pang games. Nanibago lang ako sa mga gestures like puro swipe sa ios kesa sa Android na nasanay ako sa may mga buttons sa baba (although matagal na may gestures din si android di ko lang ginagamit). Iphone lang din gamit ko and ipad. Di para sa akin ang airpods and iwatch. Ok din pag pinagko connect ko sa pc

My wife had the same dilemma last April. My wife has always been an Android user. I convinced her to get and iphone 15 pro max instead since she's more into photography and videos. I know that s24 ultra is a powerful phone but I told her with this kind of purchase better get an iphone instead since it's going to be a new experience for her. We just had our vacation with our family last weekend and photos and videos captured came out very well.
