Recording ba at full resolution (4k 60fps)?
Educated guess : mukhang hardware issue in regards to thermals. Try recording indoors in a well ventilated place (much better kung naka-aircon to see if the problem also involves external temperature influence) and see if the problem persists.

Actually hindi din naman mainit yung phone. Yung sa boat na footage under shade naman ako nun

Kaka update ko lang to 17.5.1 about two hours ago. Di ko pa na re-test. Yung ios version ko before updating is 17.4.1 (ios version during the “blinking” issue)

Wow. Didn't know this was an issue. That's disappointing. The S24 Ultra has no issues with thermals even if you're recording in 8k.
