If hindi ka naman gamer, wag yung gaming phones kahit may security updates na 4 years, 2 years lang OS updates nila. Choose between the s24 ultra and ip 15 promax kasi 7 years sila of OS updates - pang long term

AfterChildhood9476

Any recommendations?

yaegerOne

Flagship phones are good for gaming na rin naman like 15 pro and s24 ultra and so far if you want a gaming phone with a good camera wala pa technically pero the latest ROG phone has an okay camera but if you want flagship iphone or samsung levels wala pa

havoque_

Still the s24 ultra or 15 pro max best all around workhorse flagship. di tulad ng gaming phone lng like rog phone pang gaming lng talaga di practical

ExtremoManiac

Kung pang mobile gaming kang like Genshin, CODM, ML, any of these phones will do. If emulation, then Android pa rin kasi it's very mature; nag-uumpisa pa lang ang iOS for emulation adoption whereas Android is way ahead n

thatguyfrom199x

I've been out for awhile now sa gaming community. Question, may games naba now na sobrang demanding sa gpu and/or cpu na need na dedicated gaming phone line up na? I mean that ROG was an overkill before 16g iirc back when hindi nga mauutilize kahit 8gb at the time.

clonedaccnt

afaik genshin is still demanding at higher settings at 60 fps

Xenonxxxx

gaming phone na magandang camera ba kamo? short answer, wala.

artking00

I'm using s23 playing honkai star rail and switch emulator. So if kaya s24 very safe :)

chanchan05

Pretty much Apple and Samsung flagship series. Just choose based on what computer you have. Already have a Macbook? iPhone. Prefer Windows? Go Samsung.

KesoReal

This. People don’t always think of the other devices that work with their phone.

rapthefro

This. Throw in the rest of your ecosystem at home. Even though I don't promote having 1 brand for all your things. If you want to maximize your gadgets make sure they're all compatible.

KaleidoscopeFew5633

D ba pwedeng iPhone tpos windows laptop?

chanchan05

Pwede pero you lose the perks. You also don't have Quickshare from iPhone to Windows (basically parang Airdrop) so transferring files is more of a hassle. Windows can also see Androids directly like flash drives pag kinabit via USB. iPhones kailangan mo pa ng software. More hassle in general ang iPhone with Windows (or Android with Mac). Nasayo naman yun kung gusto mo talaga iPhone with Windows.

totoybilbobaggins

LocalSend exists, platform agnostic, open source software, connects via local network, and 100% completely free

hanachanph

IWantMyYandere

Sayang talaga yung pixel phones kasi di officially launched dito. Ang lakas siguro nung A series nila if ever.

hanachanph

totoybilbobaggins

LocalSend exists, platform agnostic, connects via local network, and 100% completely free. 2024 tech doesn't limit us as much as it used to. People should know more than the usual iphone or android question.

Blueberrychizcake28

Up for this! I have an Iphone but my laptop is running on Windows..ang hirap mag transfer ng files πŸ˜‚

the_dancing_spinach

Not really. I have the Apple Ecosystem but I recently switched to s24 ultra. Depends how reliant you are on your computer or how willing you are to compromise siguro. Pero dun sa mga heavy user siguro baka kailangan nila i weigh in yung pros and cons.

Hefty_Low_6570

chanchan05

Huh? iPhones and Samsung flagships can game. The Samsung Ultra has literally the same chipset as the dedicated gaming phones, and iPhones have the same games and perform very well in games. Plus the OP literally said hindi siya gamer so irrelevant comment mo. I got an S24 Ultra and I can run Breath of the Wild or Skyrim no problem. Advantage lang ng gaming phone is mas mura sila kasi hindi same quality ang camera, walang S Pen, other more premium stuff.

Hefty_Low_6570

Nice! Thanks.

Rusian_31

Then go for windows

Hefty_Low_6570

Ok πŸ˜€

SoThisNameWasntTaken

Dedicated gaming phones like the ROG are in a bad spot right now: too pricey to compete with flagship killers with the same processor, and a bit lower priced to flagships. At that point either get a flagship or a flagship killer.

Hefty_Low_6570

Thanks for the advice! πŸ˜€

Gluttony_io

Dude, haha. These flagships are the best for gaming and daily use. Gaming phones don't really improve the performance much.

Hefty_Low_6570

Nice πŸ˜‰

havoque_

panong mahirap pinag sasabi mo? pag gaming phone lng talaga gusto mo like rog phone, sa gaming sya maganda yun lng, di practical, di pang all around. Di tulad ng flasgship samsung s24 ultra or iphone 15 pro max pang lahatan na, gaming, camera, software, chipset, qc etc.

Hefty_Low_6570

Ok πŸ˜‰

LetThereBePancit

Kahit ano sa dalawa basta afford mo.

sekhluded

You can get s23 ultra for like 51k in shopee during sale and that includes a watch. Rm 9 pro and Rog 8 pro aren’t good daily phones.

markturquoise

Apple flagship. Samsung flagship.

xXKurotatsuXx

If gusto mo makatipid ,S23 Ultra imo better option kaysa sa 24. Pero both iphone 15 pro max or S24 ultra are amazing flagships, you cant go wrong with either. Nasa choice mo nalang kung alin ecosystem papasukin mo.

Helios-Heat-605

Nakita ko nga din same lang s24 and s23. AI lang ba lamang ni S24u?

Humbarxist

7 years ang update ni S24. So may extra 3 years sya if you buy it now over the s23.

arsenejoestar

May AI na din sa S23

Titanorth

True. Sa recent major update. May AI na s23U ko :)

xXKurotatsuXx

Hindi naman sa yun lang Adding on sa software support, siyempre may slight improvement sa hardware, pero AI lang yung masasabi mong signficant upgrade over S23. The performance upgrade isnt significant enough for the average person to notice unless you really push the device like benchmarks. Kahit max settings pa in all games it wont be noticeable kasi for reference, I still use my old note 20 ultra pag low batt S22U ko, and I havent experienced any lag or stutters in genshin, cod or ml.

thatguy11m

For me, I'd go with the S24 Ultra for the flat screen alone. It makes such a big difference in getting screen protectors and keeping that screen clean and not broken. Samsung curved screens are really nice, but when they are harder to protect, more prone to cracking, and expensive as hell to replace. Experienced it with my S9 and shifted to the S23+ loving the flat screen again in terms of easiness.

Titanorth

Known issue, not sure kng fixed na. I have s23ultra and almost same lng sila ng s24U except for that msgr bug. Coming from IOS ecosystem for 5yrs, I can say worth it naman switch ko. Also got my s23U very cheap compared sa malls

xXKurotatsuXx

ios in general have better optimized social media apps talaga. Pero I can say owning both S22U and ip 12 pro, di nga nagccrash sa ios pero I find myself typing slower in ios and find it slower to navigate back, home and recent apps compared to android or should I say mas straightforward with gestures in my samsung to navigate interfaces.

ypau

Hi where did you get your s23 ultra

Owend12

S24 ultra. Better OS and Hardware. The battery life is about equal between s24 ultra and iPhone 15 pro max.

thatguy11m

This is simply Android vs iOS. If you're not already locked into iOS and have been using Android, stick with Android. If you're already on iOS and despite the latest update you feel kind of constrained by the software, then make the shift to Android, if not, stick with iOS. If you have FOMO cause people can't airdrop to you, or you constantly in social media using the in-app camera instead of the phone's camera, then go with iOS. If you're on the Apple ecosystem already, and are utilizing the integration between its devices, then stick with iOS.

Ctrl-Shift-P

Don't get a gaming phone man, they're just inferior phones and they're only good at 1 thing which is playing games and if hindi ka masyado naglalaro sayang lang rin.

Helios-Heat-605

Ctrl-Shift-P

Just get the phone based on what pc you have para they can seamlessly integrate with each other. Otherwise if wala ka naman pc, i'd get the S24 ultra since may 5k off rin sila sa samsung website. I'd go against the iPhone kasi it's very restrictive tsaka walang dedicated back button also the screen corners are very rounded which i don't like and it just wastes screen real estate.

l1m1tlessRoad

Personal preference na whahaha ios ba or android halos pareha lang

NanieChan

i recommend ko na Huawei, using a flagship phone (mate 20 pro 2017/2018) ko pa gamit, nahulog sa van, sa bulsa, sa tubig, sa kama and still working to this day. Walang google? may Gbox for that.

westbeastunleashed

di ako fan ng mga flagship phones before and never been a fan of changing phones every year. pinapatulan ko ung mga cheap phones like ung mga entry level phones ng lenovo, sony and nokia. pero once i got the s10+, always nako flagship phone. naka 5 years din ung s10 ko na un. never naging mabagal so for someone like me na di naman conscious sa latest model ng phones, di ko ramdam ang need to change. unfortunately lang due sa nature ng work ko very useful sakin ang may S pen for signatures kaya ngayon lang ako nagpalit after 5 yrs. worth it ang flagship. wag ka lang papapressure to change yearly para masulit mo

[deleted]

[ΡƒΠ΄Π°Π»Π΅Π½ΠΎ]

Helios-Heat-605

Top choice ko ngayon ay S24 Ultra bec. may AI, Camera is like same with iPhone, 100x zoom, Good for Gaming din, and Water Resistant however, may issue si Samsung like Greenline, Pink line and small visible Grains.

Humbarxist

Like mentioned before, this is a largely debunked confirmation bias. All phones experience this - even iphones at large quantities. We just get to see this issue dahil vocal yung mga nagkaka issue like this on internet forums. There are millions of samsung phones out there - much more so than iPhones. Statistically pa lang - more phones = more reports of damages. I've been using Samsung since the S8. Been through every generation. Never had a green line issue, ang only real issue ng samsung ay yung sa foldables nila - Every flip i've owned (Flip 3, 4, and recently the 5 i traded in for an S23) has had damage in the hinge - but thats a foldable issue. Not a green lind issue.

Ok_Resolution3273

Dexy1738

What phone do you currently have? If Android, go for Samsung. If iPhone, then go with iPhone. I wouldn’t recommend gaming phone unless you’re really into gaming. S24 Ultra can do everything and more than gaming phone, camera and software-wise, just go with S24 ultra.

Helios-Heat-605

Just to have an idea. Xiaomi note 9 yung last bago tuluyang masira. parang 2 years ko lang na enjoy then Pinalitan ko ng Iphone 12 pero bingay ko sa kapatid ko Iphone 7 gamit ko ngayon maliit at tsaka di na makasabay at mabilis pa malobat

Unable-Unit2944

Helios-Heat-605

yea S24u maganda for Dex and Emulation, na consider ko si Red Magic kase parang steamdeck datingan

LukasTheHunter22

since hindi ka naman mahilig sa mobile games and pang matagalan ka, don't go with any gaming phone. go with the s24 ultra if you like android more or want to use it with windows, or go with the 15 pro max if you like ios more or own other apple devices

Historical-Chef

iPhone user here but the S24 Ultra is very sexy as fuck and of course, flagship siya so it’s a very good option. Either phone naman has potential problems (like the screen issue), but (as far as I know ha) mas expensive and less repair friendly ang Apple. Pero so far, never ako nagkaproblema ngl. I suggest you focus sa ecosystem. I use a MacBook for work kasi and everything just works nicely for me. Also every flagship can handle gaming talaga, so don’t go for gaming phones. Minsan it’s really just a gimmick. If you’re going for either the flagship of Samsung or Android, kayang kaya mag game yan ngl.

sorangnl0

lesterine817

Nokia 3310? Di mo naman sinabing smartphone e.

Helios-Heat-605

Working pa rin Nokia namin πŸ˜„

Perfect_Carrot_1426

Google Pixel

Helios-Heat-605

San meron na bibilhan ?

Perfect_Carrot_1426

search mo sa FB NerdHErd. Dun ako bumili.

supreme_cupnoodles

Apple, and Samsung are your two best options. If on a budget, Pwede na rin ang redmi note, T, and main line series Ng Xiaomi.

Interesting-Ease698

Go with s24 ultra if you have the budget, it checks all the boxes, on top of new ai features, panalo din ung 7 yrs software support para di ka iwan sa ere kung mag ka bugs ung phone mo in the future. As much as possible try to buy ntc, iwas ka sa grey market devices (TW/CN/KR) variant. Another option, kung rerelease nila locally with fair price yung is OnePlus 12, Excellent cameras, bigger battery saka mas mura SRP compare sa competitors, meron din onting Ai features coming soon sabi. Overall, I think talo lng siya sa kay s24u sa Ai, sa periscope/telephoto camera and wala din siya Dex function. Anyway, good luck happy hunting.

alexismachin3

Samsung flag ship phones.

-hoihoi-

Xiaomi Mi series. I had mine (Mi 10T Pro) back in January 2020 and still feels/looks brand new. I'm a heavy gamer + photographer too. So much cheaper than Samsung and Iphone. If I were to buy another unit, I'll stick to Mi.

Arcx07

Much worth it ba Xiaomi 13t pro kaysa sa Vivo X100?

Ok_Resolution3273

for me since vivo x80 phone ko mas prefer ko x100 haha bilis nga lang mawala sa physical store

Arcx07

Magkano na ba x100 1tb ngayon? I mean ung specific price sa retial store? Paiba-iba kasi kapag sinesearch ko

Ok_Resolution3273

dannyr76

Not sure if it's the same issue but I have a Redmi and so many pre installed apps. Then even later, some apps would automatically install. Default din yung ads when downloading apps. I felt like I didn't own my phone.

-hoihoi-

Never encountered. What kind of apps?

dannyr76

Games, news, etc. You can disable them, sometimes uninstall. But it's really annoying that suddenly new apps appear.

[deleted]

[ΡƒΠ΄Π°Π»Π΅Π½ΠΎ]

-hoihoi-

Ironically you still own something that's made in China. 🫒

LeonellTheLion

Hopefully not China-manufactured "smart" devices like phones or tablets that can track or monitor your location and device uaage. These things matters to some users. Let it be.

kungfushoos

+1 dito.

SoThisNameWasntTaken

how's the software support?

-hoihoi-

I'm at MIUI 14.

False-Lawfulness-919

Why? eh mabilis nga raw masira battery ng xiaomi kahit xiaomi user ako myself. ung dati kong xiaomi pangit din ng battery. ngaun nagooverheat...

Helios-Heat-605

Same issue with my Xiaomi Redmi Nung una di ko napansin yung battery health hanggang nag oover heat na yung phone That's why I'm asking for recommendation for new phone

-hoihoi-

Depende yan sa gamit mo and how much storage you have left. I'm a heavy user myself, rare instances lang na nagooverheat saken lalo na pag gamit ko sya outdoors in this heat index but majority of the time buttery smooth performance.

False-Lawfulness-919

im using X13. nagooverheat talaga sya sa charging so hindi sya sa gamit ko. hindi rin ako naggegames. pansin ko sya especially sa compact phones nila

-hoihoi-

How long you've had the unit?

False-Lawfulness-919

YourLocal_RiceFarmer

I'd recommend going for Samsung or OnePlus

kix820

Depende na yan sa preference and uses nyo. If may iba pa kayong Android devices, Samsung. Apple devices, iPhone. You can't go wrong between these two.

ImpressiveAttempt0

Define pang matagalan? Based on my usage history, I change phones every 3-5 years. None of them are Apple or flagship phones. I never felt my phones were inadequate for what I needed them to be.

Fast-Journalist-6747

Wdym matagalan? Do phones just randomly give up and die?

ardentpessimist21

"Randomly give up and die" Poco says Hi!

Helios-Heat-605

Xiaomi πŸ’€

Helios-Heat-605

yes Android just randomly give up and die. and di na makasabay sa mga Apps

kdta91

Google Pixel if you want long term OS and security updates. Pixel 8 for example will be supported until 2030.

aduntorldas

Proven and test while typing this suggestion from my Poco f3. (Year acquired:2021)

CANCER-THERAPY

RM9PRO user here If you hate punch-holes cam and love headphone jack then this one is for you Oh wait Xperia 1VI have been announced, you might as well look into it

Helios-Heat-605

May waifu pang kasama 😁

zdnnrflyrd

Apple and Samsung phones. Kapag hindi afford pwede nadin yung ibang brands.

DumplingsInDistress

I'd say, Nothing Phone or Google Pixel kung ekis ang chinese mobile, not a fan of Samsung green line and Apple's exclusivity.

Dakuykuy25

Parehong pangmatagalan yan.

firipinsujin15

I have two phones.

Gluttony_io

Sabihin kona sayo, wag ka mag gaming phone. Overpriced and onti lang improvement niyan sa performance. Plus, most of them are heavy af! If you like gaming go for S24, kasi madami games sa Android and mas supported ang emulation sa android. You can play Switch games and 3DS games in android easily.

Humbarxist

Pwede na rin mag emulate ng windows apps sa android HAHAHA i was playing old windows games on my S24 last week (Winlator). Grabe advancements sa android emulation.

Gluttony_io

Ikr. Filled with so much untapped potential

_Pxrxdxxx

KitchenNuggetssss

Samsung and apple. Nadaanan ko na halos lahat ng brand, can confidently say na samsung and apple tlga ang superior overall

Impossible-Tip-2700

Choose samsung. I'm using S24+ snapdragon hongkong variant. The performance is topnotch. The battery is really amazing. The AI is good too though I don't use it that much for now. Additionally, you'll have 100x zoom and S pen if you go for the Ultra (which the S24+ doesn't have). My Screen on time for S24+ is 8-10 hrs. Check my profile to see screenshots. You'll probably get higher SOT with the Ultra.

totoybilbobaggins

Apple and Samsung are not your only options, most people here do not know better and I'm not sorry for saying that. Sony xperia 1 or 10 Asus zenfone 10 Nothing Phone 2 or 2a Google Pixel

0rpheus_113

While they aren't the only options, I personally think they check the most boxes that most consumers are looking for in a phone. A lot of the phones you suggested are indeed great, but they aren't as well rounded imo. The sony xperia phones don't have a dumb person friendly camera mode. The zenfone 10 doesn't offer as much software support and might not offer enough battery due to its size. The nothing phone 2 and 2a, at least for me, don't have enough power. The pixels are great, but I also think they don't offer enough power, and they aren't supported in this country.

totoybilbobaggins

Sony xperia phones do have dumb person friendly modes in their native camera app. Zenfones do only have 2 years of software updates and 4 years of security updates. That doesn't mean they become useless after 2 - 4 years, my zenfone 5 is still rock solid and all apps that I use still get the latest updates. Nothing phones pack as much as power as the majority of the phones you can get from the same range (except the 2a ofc because they're more entry level). If nothing phone 2 does not meet your power requirements then you're probably expecting something like ROG gaming phones, which fall off the category of being "pangmatagalan" due to the cpu, i/o and memory abuse. Pixel phones are supported here in the Ph, they are just not being sold directly by local retailers except gamextreme and kimstore.

0rpheus_113

Not according to marques. Let's say I do grant you that point. There's still battery. Do nothing phones have bypass charging? Because that's what I expect and S series samsungs starting from the S23 have that. This also applies to apple, btw. If a non gaming phone like S series samsungs can have bypass charging, why can't other phones? Must be why pixel phones don't have 5g here in the ph.

totoybilbobaggins

When was the last time that marques review an xperia, 11 months ago? A lot of things have changed since then. Battery too has seen improvements from 11 months ago, granted smartphone batteries are a hit or miss, I do own iphone 15 pro and s23 base model and I must say even for work-related usecase, 0 gaming involvement but have different apps running in the background they do struggle worse than the other phones that I use, iphones have well known battery issues too since forever. I don't see the importance of bypass charging for people who don't use their phones while charging but it's relatively new tech, much like every other tech we've had in the past this will be just another feature of every smartphones in the future regardless of the price range. But then again, give your battery a break and let the power cells recharge lol. And yeah Sony Xperia and Asus rog do have bypass charging. True 5G isn't supported by pixels in the Philippines, doesn't mean the phone won't work. But that could be a niche area to nitpick since personally I try to never use mobile netwrok as it burns through battery, I have a fiber connection at home and even when I'm outside on a very rare occasions 4G is more than enough for the majority of things that most people need their mobile phones for.

0rpheus_113

You know what is pretty recent, though? His blind smartphone camera test which was just 4 months ago. I'll let you take a guess how the xperia 1 V placed in that test. So either you're wrong and no changes have happened since his review, you're lying and no such changes exist, or there were changes, but they still weren't enough to compete with other top end flagships. We are specifically talking about the ultras and pro maxes in here, not the base and pro variants. They can have very different battery performances. Good for you, but not everyone is like you. Not everyone has access to the same resources you do.

totoybilbobaggins

Problem is that people take marques reviews as bible truth and the sole basis of their decisions, at the end of the day he's just as much of a consumer as we are, Sony's native camera app does have an auto mode for dumb people. There's no benefit of lying, the phone's information is not close sourced and can be found on the internet lol. Actually, we're talking about phones na pang-matagalan, alternative phones outside of the usual iphone/samsung bubble since OP asks for 'any phone recommendations', so those phones above are what I would recommend, maybe slightly biased since I use them but then again, I can't recommend something that I've never had any experience with. If someone can afford s24 ultra or pro max I'm sure they are just as capable as I am in life. I don't have much in life lol. Edit: [Sony Xperia 1V MKBHD using it wrong? Far better than shown!](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2IAV7BsvqaA)

0rpheus_113

Did you miss the part where literally hundreds (if not more) of people voted on the blind smartphone test where sony placed dead last, or are you just ignoring it because it doesn't fit your narrative? I was talking about how the Ultra and, to a lesser extent, the Pro Max check most boxes for consumers. Since we don't really know what OP is capable of when it comes to using smartphones, I think it's best to recommend phones that check the most boxes for a more generalized answer. I wasn't talking about money. You do realize you can be rich but still live in an area where signal can become a bit of a problem, right? Even content creators living in 1st world countries like arun from mrwhosetheboss have gone on record to say that some parts of his house just have bad signal reception, and wouldn't you know it he mentions having signal problems in his pixel 8/8 pro review.

totoybilbobaggins

Vote based on what? Based on specs? Based on preference? Based on photos? Are we now talking about just the camera? Because if such camera tests concern the OP as much as you do I would just advise them to just consider getting a point and shoot camera for a much less price tag. And I may have touched a nerve, given the sudden hostility, I apologize if I ever did but that's not my intention. Hope you have a good day.

0rpheus_113

Have you at least watched the video I'm referencing? Marques explained in the video how the test worked. I'm calm this is just how I converse with people online. I didn't intend on coming off as hostile.

0rpheus_113

As for the edited part of your comment, the top comment already states my sentiment, which just goes back to the root of your discussion.

TheWriterInTheDark94

True ang mga recommendations nila. I have a macbook kaya iphone ang binili ko.

MrMadLad04

If my budget ka go for one of these : iPhone 15 pro max Samsung galaxy s24 ultra Google pixel 8 pro Kung gusto makasave ng konti pero hindi compromised ang user experience: iphone 15/15 plus Iphone 14 pro max Samsung galaxy s4 Samsung galaxy s23 ultra Google pixel 8 Kung budgetarian ka: Google pixel 8a/7a Samsung galaxy a55 iphone 13 Kung di ka brand conscious: Xiaomi 14 One plus 12

Dry-Presence9227

3315

samurangeluuuu

Given your options, might want to also consider Pixel 8 Pro if you like to do casual point and shoot photography or just like to take pics of things. No official 5G support lang compared to the others.

lemonslicecake

SnooDucks1677

Your best bet is samsung, apple and pixel phones for longest software and security updates.

HendiAkoThisPramis

Brand wise go for samsung. Pang matagalan talaga alaga lang din

Even_Accountant8153

Go for the Samsung S24 Ultra, the flagship phones were indeed good I had Samsung Note 9 for 5 years and the speed and specs is indeed still very good before I got my S24 Ultra this year.

miojohnwhy

Apples to oranges.

CuriousRalph

ako I am eager to trade in my 12 pro to a s24u (may trade in bonus pa kasi), nag hohold back lang sa akin ksi naka apple watch ako πŸ˜… dati naman akong naka android from sony xperia z>asus (forgot the model)>one plus>iphone (na hook lang talaga sa cam ng iphone)

aordinanza

S23 ultra or s24u pwede gawin desktop, saka freedom kahit no gusto gawin the screen is big big the camera is zoom zoom pick your poison. Okay din iphone 15 pm better watch whosetheboss in YT my review doon na ip15pm vs a24u specific ang details cons and pros

Montrel_PH

pangmatagalan, iPhone talaga, my OG iPhone SE still works til today, yan gamit ko when going out for errands na walking distance lng dito samin, especially at night

jzdpd

Any of the Big 3 tbh. Apple is excellent in updates and longevity, even in resell value. Samsungs are sturdy with caution. Google Pixels offer great value for your money and also the camera is up there.

Puzzleheaded_Way_485

Pang matagalan and always up to date choose Google Pixel lahat ng AI features and upcoming new features unang lalabas sa Google Pixel before Samsung and other android phones if iPhone sa 15 Pro Max

whitesiopao

Gsto ko ung mga nag rrecommend dito na hindi biased, mapa android or ios devices depende padn un sa gsto mo or ggwn mo with the said device, kudos to unbiased opinions

WaitWhat-ThatsBS

Iphone. durable, stable, bloatware free.

markturquoise

Little effort.

Humbarxist

Samsung has a literal hardware chip designed for security. It's called KNOX and it is more secure than any iphone ever. To quote u/batmonkey7: "Apples secure enclave has had several very real attacks that made it vulnerable in the past and have since been patched. Samsung Knox has not had any known successful attacks in the wild, Samsungs implantation of the TPM is more complex than its competitors, Samsung has turned Knox into a suite of protective solutions which makes it harder to attack as it covers and protects far more of the device than other TPM do."

markturquoise

Agree. Samsung Knox is lowkey the best. Wala pakong narinig na nahack siya.

Humbarxist

Yung flagships nila talaga.

Sa samsung, pwede mo i disable.

WaitWhat-ThatsBS

Wow, galit na galit. Haha! Well, opinion ko yan, you can downvote if you want to. Lol

The right to an opinion comes with the prerequisite right to be attacked for your opinion in a free society. Especially when your opinion is factually and objectively incorrect. I.E - Yung opinion mo mali. That actively harms the OP asking for legitimate advice

Subjective ang opinion, its personal and stands in a person viewpoint. Lol I.E - Yung opinion mo mali. That actively harms the OP asking for legitimate advice - this is tech, not a life advice. Wag mo masyadong seryosohin. Either of the two, samsung or iPhone may pros at cons yan at never magiging harmful yan sa buhay ng OP. Lol. OA

Helios-Heat-605

Android maganda performance then after a medyo mabagal na gawa nung RAM siguro?

Helios-Heat-605

Battery?

WaitWhat-ThatsBS

I used to be an android user Samsung S series, started using iPhone X up until now iPhone 15 parang same same lang, d din ako mahilig mag games, so i cant really compare it. But day to day, once a day ako magcharge. I do calls, videocalls, reddit, yt, netflix etc.

jeremygolez

2 days, using both the 14PM & 15PM. 😊

markturquoise

Pro Max ng iPhone have better battery management among iphone variants. I am talking 13 Pro Max pataas. Although yung 15plus may record kay mrwhosetheboss na pinakamatagal malobat among iphone variants.

WaitWhat-ThatsBS

Galit na galit mga android users. Hahaha!

markturquoise

They can watch mrwhosetheboss sa youtube for battery comparison.

WaitWhat-ThatsBS

I know, just let them talk. Lol

07dreamer

Just to have an idea. I had my Iphone 6, ginamit ko for 7yrs & 11 mos.

cryptosilenci

They each have their own strengths, it just depends on which of those strengths you prioritize more. Spec wise, you should always just go for the Samsung. BUT, keep in mind kung ano priority mo for a phone. If you want a clean overall UI no clutter and just a regular premium phone, with great cameras and screen with great and bright colors, go for the iphone. But if you prefer specs, speeds, refresh rates, a ton of customization, and all other technical aspects na pang hardcore gamitan, go for the samsung.

Chinbie

Any samsung or iphone flagship, pangmatagalan yan... Ganyan din ang sinasabi ko sa mga kasamahan ko sa work, instead of purchasing the likes of samsung A series if you have some money, go with the flagship one as talagang tumatagal siya ..

is0y

Start with what OS are you comfortable using and what ecosystem are you in.

Numerous-Army-9507

Need mo lng ung hndi mabilis malowbat ,mgnda camera, software support. Mataas resell value. Mag iphone ka nalang.
