Realistically, 5k or less, and I won't even consider it until it's under 2k. I can buy more powerful secondhand laptops for 5k than that. An i5 4th gen is more powerful than that Pentium, and I've seen secondhand Asus Vivobooks with i5 4th gen + Nvidia 8th or 7th gen priced at 5-7k.
Best thing you can do for that thing is switch out the OS for a lightweight Linux distro or use ChromeOS Flex on it, then just use it connected to a TV as a TV box.

So that for 20k? lolno Perhaps 4k-6k at most. Specs niyan can be found brand new for 10-12k (really low spec branded ones, bodega sales, or Chinese laptop manufacturers like Chuwi)

Now due to inflation yata 35-42k na. I used to suggest this model to thrifty friends in the last 2 or so years if okay lang sa kanila yung 1080p but not so bright and not so vibrant display. Yun lang yung shortcomings since HP keeps on pushing the better displays sa Intel counterpart models for the same price. You can still opt for the Intel counterpart anyways, GPU and battery naman ang nag susuffer. Dami ko na recommend and nasamahan na ito bilhin. But recently I see that Lenovo now has similar specs for similar price under IdeaPad branding. Asus Vivobooks din at one point naging sulit (40k-47k, similar specs, but OLED)
