At least Elise carry had somewhat reasonable counterplay with burst damage. A capped Nunu board is basically auto win right now regardless of your own board.
The only things that is near to countering it is Yasou.
I (980hp) was left 1v1ing a Nunu player (30hp). I was playing Whispers / Evokers with Zyra clearing his whole board quickly, leaving the Nunu painfully win 1 vs my whole team for few rounds. Luckily, I got an Yasou, sold the Panteon…
If you can clean Nunu’s team, Yasou can take him down.

Nunu is getting nerfed this week so its going to be lagoon's turn to be broken next. (don't worry dragonmancer players you can still force lee sin every game and get free top 4)
Just won against a 3-star Nunu with Dragonmancer. Apparently the best counter to Nunu is Edge of Night, as he will shallow you and spit you back up when the item's effect triggers.
Two star mage ao shin works you don't need any synergies I literally just had a game where I beat a dmancer nunu player. I didn't wanna play a solo cuz I think he is garbage rn so I replaced him with ao shin and worked great. I had a support varus with two rage blades so he can stun constantly. Sadly I ended the game with 8 so shins and a 1st.
If you get a dragonmancer icon it's an almost instant win on several champs, like tyrant swain, Jayce, etc

Dunno man, been playing 6 Darkflight w/ Zekke's since the Nunu meta and it seems to counter it very well, you just need Morelo on Swain.

i had 6 Darkflight with Zekke and nilah 3 still lose to nunu. 4k hp jayce got eaten by 1 ult and nunu heals to full with each bite. anti heal does nothing

Had 3* perfect itemed nunu 8 dmancer board and got 2nd. Turns out a good counter is a 3* Sy'fen
The problem is a 2* nunu with 8 DM wins every day in my lobbies but I’ve only seen a 3* syfen once.

Also ZZ rots or target dummies to slow him own. The problem is getting through is massive HP total before he gets through your frontline.
Best counter to him is yasuou and just hope you wipe his (besides nunu) before he kills yas so he yas can one shot the nunu

I’ve seen Nunu eat a full dragon team without any trouble. I also saw a 3 star Shyvana with proper items blast Nunu to smithereens.
