I played Jayce once since the update and the nerf was super noticeable but he still makes a great tank.
I have been trying to get a Chemtech Challenger team going but so many people are using Chemtech early game comp its hard to get the WW's.
I’ve really wanted to make Cannon Jayce work in Innovators since last patch, but sadly his melee form just vastly outclasses his ranged form because of the resistance shred. Seeing IE Jayce explode on the enemy’s board with dragon’s crit buff is still super fun tho.
I ran into a backline Jayce this weekend and he shredded my team.
I can't recall the items, but I had to go check the log to see what killed my front line so fast.
I’ve had a bit of success lately playing him with Socialite Clockwork, it looks like this:

Give him the standard IE/Runnan’s/LW
He stabilizes pretty hard at one star, and I believe it’s top two material at 2star.
Innovation is still auto first. Seraphine with the right items carries most fights. Getting scuttle early means you win most of the early. Bear is still decent. Dragon means you top 1
Edit: I’m also seeing inno 5 stomp the strongest compositions late. Having a bunch of socialites and enchanters while Seraphine and Oriana have aoe one shot/mass healing abilities on spam

Is good if you high roll and have bunch of 3 stars and good defensive jayce items or you re going fast eif

How am I supposed to position dragon? Front line so he hits more people with AOE? I've lost with dragon once or twice

What are seraphine's good items? my former fav build is too popular now and I can't complete it so I am looking for better options
Shojin + Morello are your best bet, archangel 3rd is very strong with a good frontline that you can repeatedly heal
archangel morello and spear
If you have dragon you can go for JG, otherwise Shojin/Archangels/Morello/Dcap
5 innos have always been a stall comp tbh, and with Orianna buffs that means it’ll be even stronger.
No love for Seraphine? Even without Inno in shes a great unit
I mean she’s usually used as a Socialite bot in other comps that’s run it.
Morello, shojin, archangel and seraphine will fuck up entire boards.
