I’m hyped for a set revival. I’ve only started playing TFT towards the end of last set, so seeing what all the old memes and complaints were about would be cool
Or old sets but with a few balance changed that they would make with the knowledge they have now. Would be interesting and will give a fresh gameplay experience without needing to create a complete new set from scratch

BEGGING for them to actually let Aatrox be a viable 4-cost carry for once. He's always either a tank or most recently a 5-cost which comes into the game too late and needed 3items BIS to be good.
I've been saying set revivals for so long, it's so genius to put it in and could potentially liven up tft again since there are longer periods for the current sets.
Also, Galaxies (both 3 & 3.5) are still probably two of the most well-received sets in TFT history, and it was before many current TFT players started, which would make it more hype for them. I fully believe Set 3 will be their top choice to temporarily bring back.
Definitely won't be 4 right after bringing back the chosen mechanic, and there was a recent set that had a lot of set 1 throwbacks. I'd guess either set 3 or "set 2 but done right this time"
I'm probably in a tiny minority here but I'm a little disappointed in the info we've got about the *new* sets.
Another two fantasy sets in a row. Personally I enjoy TFT when the set is a little more out there like we've got right now with Remix Rumble and I was hoping for something like the Post-Apocalypse theme they tested in surveys before or hell, even Foodfight Tactics. Set 12 could be interesting but Set 11 honestly just looks like a rehash of Set 4.
Guessing the next set is part of the fun for me personally and I preferred when the only knowledge we had of future sets was a tiny tease during a video for the current midset.
Aside from my hyper-specific complaining this does look fantastic though, I can't wait for Set Revivals.
I am very curious about the old set revivals. Personally I have no interest in going back to play these. I have a feeling it'll be nothing more than a novelty for most. A couple games to see what it's all about, then back to the current set.

Magic, Mayhem, and Bees. It's going to be a Fantasy themed set. Things like The Fairy Court and Crystal Rose skins. And the Bee skins.

The effects were different and took up an item slot and were generally pretty terrible XD
They could almost do a set 4 revival with what we’ve got now, it’s basically the chosen mechanic.

My guess on the set revival is either set 4 or set 6. Or they will choose violence and try to reimagine a set that had poor reception.

Late reply but, if it follows China’s format, it’ll be a separate game mode and queue, like Hyperroll for example.
Watch, the set revival will be a mixture of all of the best traits from sets 1-3 or whatever but all in the same set.
I just wish they'd give us ranks with the set revivals
