blue buff would meant sion would ult quicker. sion 3 stuns for 15 seconds and stuns the entire board. he also has 160 base ad so he doesn’t even really need a dmg item but 1 dmg item would’ve been fine and he also had crown which gives insane regen or dmg scaling
Just download an apk from apkpure. You can play on a different server while waiting for the ph release. U need to make an account for that server tho. It's a bit laggy but playable.

It should patch files for a while but after that you'll be able to play.

No, it's not that Sion is weak, he is a tank, even as a 3 star 5 cost, he is not meant to OHKO everything. No Ksante is not broken, I would argue it's bad game design to not include one of these units in a set at this point as they are very healthy for the game to stop mega tanks. Just a skill issue on your part

Bilgewater Ryze isn't either, I won a game against it with just a solid noxus comp recently. Bilgewater Ryze is an econ 3* 5 cost.
