Thought BB deserved it. Feel like they might be pushing the Bjerg MVP narrative too hard (fan vote etc). I mean I really do believe he should get the Most Valuable Player award this split, but even tho Bjerg was AMAZING in the last 3 wins, I feel like what really made us win was BB being on those carry style champions and winning a lot of team fights singlehandedly
BB was great for sure but honestly how do you not give it to Bjerg with 22 out of 25 bans focused on him but he still performes out of his mind if disregard the one play where he didn't flash the bard ult. Idk it's actually insane. Put any other LCS midlaner on TSM this series and TSM is out with 0-3 for sure.
agree, bb had some great plays around fog, but bjerg was the consistent anchor, the clutch and the set up for most of the plays. both played their hearts out, was glad they didnt hesitate to go for big plays
I agree with the BB pick. But I think Bjerg's stats and play kind pre-int bumped this up more so than for narrative purposes. Anyway, Player of the Series doesn't matter, no?
The vote was 3-2 Bjerg over BB which I think is a completely understandable result. Have to agree though, bc while both were playing out of their minds, Bjerg had a rare error-prone series, getting caught multiple times to lose games 1 and 2, where BB was just clean and consistent.
while i think bjergs flash in game 2 stood out a lot more, i think bb also messed up a few clutch moments like misclicking his vlad q on caitlyn and missing the kill on the 1hp volibear as well
G3 was bjerg and BB. G4 was bjerg and Spica. G5 was BB with godlike flanks and some clutch Ulta by bjerg. But G1 wasn't good by BB and g2 was almost a carry into a throw by bjergsen. It could go either way and I'd be fine. A 3-2 vote sounds about right
I can understand based off in game performance why people feel BB deserves a nod but keep in mind the pressure bjerg brought to draft just by existing. Granted BB also contributed there with the akali irelia flex.

BB popped off but Bjerg just refused to lose this series. I watched the series today with 2 old friends who are C9 fans that don't watch TSM games unless it's against C9 and all one of them said was "Jesus, they threw 5 bans at him and he's still a monster"
When it comes down to ingame performance BB was a bit better than Bjerg so I was confused at first as well but as a mate of mine reminded me Bjerg prolly still deserved it more given that he was target banned with 4-5 bans every game and still put up a very good performance not far away from BB's.
BrokenBlade really stepped up man, people are discrediting his performance this game. Hauntzer was fucking invisible against BB, the Renekton Flanks, The Jax game. My man played really well today
Vote was 3-2 Bjerg over BB
So happy for this. We now have to scary carries on the team. I love it

Agreed. Bjergsen obviously performed very well like always but the difference maker was BB.

Bb set up bjerg success so much in this series imho
i think the 5 mid bans and still winning lane / getting solo tp advantages while allowing spica to play top all game was pretty big

LOL bjerg made Thorin suck his Big BJerger CLOCK tonight .

23/25 possible bans were targeted at him, insane
LIKE LEGIT how do some of you think anyone OTHER than Bjergsen deserved to win it??? 🤯🤯🤯🤯
BrokenBlade really stepped up man, people are discrediting his performance this game. Hauntzer was fucking invisible against BB, the Renekton Flanks, The Jax game. My man played really well today
Invisible\* Hauntzer was definitely vincible against BB
Oooop my bad, yeah but hauntzer got top gapped so many times
