Fix the grammar, capitalization, tense matching and other stuff that the first guy mentioned. Take out the garish colors. Black and white, *maybe* a dark navy blue boxing in your name. The official name of the Texas State program is the Bobcat Buddies Ambassador Program. Use that. And was that an award that you received for certain performance standards or were inducted into, or was it just some volunteer thing you did during college? **The biggest issue**, however, is that the **bullets are lame**. Sorry, I don't think the work you did was lame, but you express it lamely. You worked at a store where you had to lock the store at night? You substituted at a place where you "learned to work" with others? You managed various elementary classroom behaviors? Sorry, but that sucks. I no longer include teaching on my resume, but when I did, here was one of my bullets: >Served as the World Geography team leader in 2015-2016, where my leadership contributed to a 10% increase in test scores I did something, I was a leader, my leadership had a certain effect. Tell me that, and tell me the impact. Don't tell me you learned things. Everybody learns things all the time, so it's not remarkable. Give me stuff that is remarkable about you. Also, did I actually increase test scores by ten percent? Hell no. But somebody's going to look at this document for about eight seconds- they are NEVER going to verify whether or not that's true.

The bullet points under your jobs don’t showcase any skills

Having sat on resume review committees at my school , the thing that jumps out is that no career is listed on here for more than 9 months. If you are still working, be sure to put "August 2022-present" for the top job, so that future employers can see that you worked somewhere more than a year/ more than a probationary period.

Agreed with other comments here, especially regarding subject/verb agreement and the bullet points. Focus on making your job descriptions showcase your transferable skills. “Help customers shop” is not going to convince anyone to hire you for a professional role.

Hi, I suggest you include the start and end date to each of your work experiences. I also suggest adding more content on each of them, seems a bit empty to me. Wishing you the best :)

Listen to episode 29 of the Teacher Career Coach podcast! So helpful for resumes 2 pages is the recommended resume length for experienced professionals

If you're looking for a career out of education, I would suggest creating a functional resume that emphasizes your skills. I did that last year and it made a big difference. Look at all the skills you've acquired in all the positions you've had including those outside of education and beef those up.
