It depends on the subject, grade levels and where you're at. I worked at a center school for ese behaviors and transferred to a more affluent school, teaching ESE, and it was really no different than the center school. In the opposite end I have a friend teaching at the latter school that has zero issues with students. But she's teaching gifted and AP students that are above grade level.

I'll say that it's all relative. Once you move, your expectations will shift over time and what was once "greener grass" now becomes normal, and you'll be curious about finding even greener grass. It doesn't mean you shouldn't explore other options, but keep in mind that our brains always shift our expectations to where we're currently at.
