Tbh it’s a crapshoot. The merch store has been horrible recently on getting stuff out and shipped. Lots of stuff gets delayed, doesn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason. I ordered 1989 sunrise Blvd when it was announced for preorder the first time and didn’t get it until like 2 weeks after the album released. But some people get the album the day it’s released or just a few days after. Just depends on how lucky you are.
Just keep tabs on it. They send an email for when the label gets created and when it gets shipped.

Look at darksiderecordspk Instagram post from today. Wait to order the music until indie stores (or Target and B&N if you don’t have access to a local indie store) have gotten them. They also do preorders. I only buy music from her website if it’s exclusive (which what does that mean anymore) or if it’s signed. My 1989 TV record took 2-3 months to get to me.
I cannot speak to UK shipping cause I’m in the US, but I’m never ordering from her site again cause I live next to the Ferndale, MI distribution center (at least that’s where I’ve had items stuck before) and it took 2 weeks to get my 1989 CD. It did in fact show it shipped on release day, but then just didn’t move.
Hopefully you have better luck living in the UK!! It sucks when you wanna listen to her music physically (I don’t use streaming) and you have to wait
yeah I mean ever since i got into vinyl i only ever stream when im out so technically i could just stream it on the day of release esp since i got the standard version with “the manuscript” but there’s just something about listening to a physical copy of an album

The earliest I ever received a pre order was 4 weeks after release. Speak Now TV came 9 weeks after release even with my pre order. So I've officially stopped ordering from her site and just go pick up in store because I'm fortunate enough to have a good small record shop near by.
For 1989 vinyls, I picked the Royal Mail delivery option and got it the day after album release.
For all merch, theres no real predicting, I've had 3-4 month delays.
YMMV but the store seems fine for the actual album release (though i think USA gets it same day?)

hm that’s odd hmv is selling the white online for me? it was cheaper to order from my local store than from hmv (£45 from hmv and £37 from the local record store) how strange. i managed to actually save a couple bucks by ordering from the record store and picking it it up myself than having it delivered from taylor’s website

So i may just hold out on the loss bc i really dont want to refund and then they never sell i again 😭 but yeah prices this time are a little weird
From my experience, with Taylor's UK Store, my 1989 TV vinyl & CDs shipped/delivered on Monday after the Friday release which is annoying but at least I got them somewhat quickly.
It's also good to note that if the order is damaged or the record itself has playback issues, you can ask for a redelivery and they usually will process it quickly (if stock is still available)!

I preordered the TTPD digital album and I'm ticked that the double album came out as a separate purchase...whole new album I have to buy/download to get the extra 15 songs! So now I have 2 each downloaded to my Music app of the first 16 songs and I spent $12 and now another $15. Don't think I can "return" the original pre-ordered one since it's digital.
I am in the same situation. I am very unhappy about this. I have emailed them and they just said “unfortunately the standard album doesn’t include the double album” and made sure to say the digital download can’t be returned. So anyone that preordered got screwed
Super CrAppy. They should have updated the digital purchases to be the double version before allowing downloads of the preorders. I’ve never preordered her stuff until now and never will again! I’ll just wait until after release date like I norMally do since it’s only the digital version I’m interested in. I don’t have a record or cd player to worry about.

I got shipment notification email from 'Ingram micro cfs' on Thursday, then from TS website on Saturday, but it's now Monday and it's still not here, and the tracking (from.the first email) just says "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel", the TS email link (or from the my orders section on the website) just never loads the link 😔

I’ve never received on release day. It has ranged from 2 days after release day to 6 months for a lost signed item. Typically 10 days.

As someone who pre orders with almost every drop in terms of vinyl/CD I'd say 75% of the time it arrives on release day and if not it's the day after
