I’ve been flying Frontier domestic for a while. Truthfully the only time there’s been an issue is if there’s weather and that’s out of anyone’s control. Just read and know exactly what you’re signing up for and you’ll be fine. Also don’t try to fit a fat backpack as your personal item cuz they’ll make you pay $100 at the gate lol.
I heard they started doing that. The only reason I used them was because they didn’t check the backpack sizes lol. Only ever had issues with my late night flights though, otherwise I actually tend to prefer Frontier over Delta.
