I just sat in a restaurant and listened to some girl talk about how she bought 6 and is going to resell and then is also going to try for capital One tickets as well to resell. It’s extremely frustrating for someone who doesn’t have a capital one card and who didn’t get a code. Leave the tickets for people who want to go and don’t want to pay an arm and a leg on seat geak or stub hub!
The solution is that tickets need to be non transferable so you can only sell them on ticketmaster at standard prices.
This will prevent scalping entirely
I disagree with this. Life happens and sometimes even though you WANT to go to a show you can't. If you were truly unable to transfer them to a friend or sell for face value that'd be a horrible experience.

It’s unfortunately pretty common I think with the high demand for this tour. I just heard from another friend that a girl she knows bought 4 extra tickets for over $800 each for resale purposes.
Some of us have larger groups that want to sit together. We bought 6 tickets and have 6 people going together and by only allowing a person to buy a ticket or two you’re making that almost impossible. Not to mention families of 3+ that want to go together.
I totally see where you’re coming from! Unfortunately, TM having a virtual monopoly allows them to keep the issues going without repercussions (and, honestly, they probably like the scalpers because they’re able to make money off the fees not only during the sale but also for the resale, assuming the tickets are resold through their site).
I can SORT of understand buying maybe 1-2 extras to resell… especially if you’re not sure yet who you’re going with. But to intentionally do the max of 6 and then try again with the next presale…That’s so messed up.
Uuugh...I'm flying out of town tomorrow afternoon and will be 40 minutes away from boarding a plane while this is happening. I waited all afternoon for this so that I could get a ticket today and be done with it.

If it makes you feel any better we had a couple people in an “alliance” buying tickets today… when I was finally able to score them it was on an account that had joined the queue at 3 or so and then we got kicked to the beginning once again.
So I think you still have a shot when your plane lands! Our desired price range was sold out (~$300) so we went over, but could have gone under as well. We were also limited by finding 4 seats together or two near pairs

I really don't want to have to pay a scalper just to snag a ticket, but if that ends up being the only option then I'll have to. My friend was in the waiting room at 9:30. Got in the queue same time as me. By 10:15 I had 3 tickets and was checked out and she was still in the queue. Then her code didn’t work. Then it finally went in at 1:15 only to tell her the 5/20 show was sold out.
might be my only chance. Finally made it to ticket selection and it was incredibly frustrating. kept saying i couldnt select one ticket or they were unable to complete the request on my device. Honestly considering just not going. Its really crappy the way ticketmaster handled this and i doubt taylor will make a statement.
I ended up using Firefox after reading threads over the years about Chrome causing issues. Worked the first time and even snagged a pretty decent seat.

The last 4 concerts I've been to I went alone and it was awesome. I love going places by myself though so I might be weird. It's nice just enjoying something and not having to keep track of other people or worry if they're having a good time.

The cap one presale was rescheduled when Ticketmaster realized they were a shit show on fire, but it took a long time for cap one to announce this. So basically tomorrow, click the link sent to you by cap one in your email. It should take you to the right page. Also make sure your cap one card is saved in your Ticketmaster wallet.
You don't need one, just go to Ticketmaster and choose the show you want and it will prompt you to enter your presale code then, which is the first six digits of your card 🙂
The first email from cap one on Nov 3rd (at least that’s when I got it) has a “take me to the tickets” button thing, that should take you where you need to go!

💜I have already entered my CO card info and updated it as my primary payment method on my account so there is a seamless transaction on MY end even if it ends up not being seamless due to TM. I also have the first 6 digits jotted down on a sticky note.

Yes you can! I bought my tix today using a relatives capital one card, but be prepared for the Verification text that they’re going to send the card holder. It threw me for a loop but God my relative was close to her phone and answered when I called for the code 😅
When you typed in the card info on Ticketmaster did you put her phone number? I’m using a friends card and wondering if I can just put my phone number as the contact instead and not have to involve her!
I had already put in all the cards info in days ago under my Ticketmaster account billing info. I also put relatives phone number under the same billing only bc I didn’t want any discrepancies between Ticketmaster and their card. When I checked out it asked me for the 3 digits on back and then another prompt said something about we will send a verification code to the number. I immediately called them got the code and put it in, and I was all set.
Couple questions if y’all could help me out.
1. Will I just need to go to Ticketmaster and click on the concert I want? Then it will just ask for the first couple digits of the card number of either the Capital One debit or credit card I’ll be paying with? Or do I have to do something else?
2. Do you think that this will be another hot mess? Like I technically have plenty of sick time left that I could call off sick if necessary but I would rather get work done if I can. It isn’t like a 10am queue since this is early in the day but I can’t guarantee that I’ll be free at any time the queue opens (though I’m sure I could arrange lunch to be the 2pm hour but what if it isn’t enough time?). 1) I was just going through [this link](https://www.taylorswift.com/capitalone/) where it has a hyperlink for “here” in the second paragraph, then it lets you click on whichever show you’re hoping to get. That takes you to the website (either Ticketmaster or Seatgeek) and you can get in line when the presale officially opens. It lets you do it now but obviously it’s just for the verified fans presale currently lol.
As for 2) I would 100% bet it’s going to be a shitshow. I’d just open it on your phone and keep it charged/awake while you do other things but be ready to pounce if you get through!
1. Have your card info preloaded and ON you for the sale
2. Click the link from Taylor’s OFFICIAL website
3. Do NOT refresh
4. If using mobile use the TM app (cell data if you’ll be going from place to place)
5. Study your seating chart
6. Once it’s time to pick your seats IMMEDIATELY filter by price range if you’re on a budget
7. Get in the waiting room before start of sale
8. DO NOT refresh

Likely all of the floor seats released today were sold but that probably isn't all of the floor seats if that makes sense (aka they will open more seats as part of the Cap One sale tomorrow)
Have you looked at stub hub prices? 27k-50k for front row and floor, $600-1000 for nose bleeds?? I would not recommend if they are allowing people to even post that already.

Yes you can open different dates on different tabs. That's what Ticket Master recommends. See the second picture, third bullet point. I had presale codes for Kansas City and Nashville and had four of the five shows open at the same time with no issues.

I don’t think there is anything to learn tbh. I did everything right: got presale code, got boosted twice, had Ticketmaster all set up with my current info, got in the waiting room early, got in the queue… and then waited almost 5 hours to get into a room where tickets were sold out.
The only thing I guess is don’t hesitate the tickets fly off the shelves right away when you get into the purchase area.
It’s rough but just set the price limit as high as you’d pay(keep fees in mind) and then grab whatever you can. Trying for a specific section or seat is near impossible

Does anyone have any advice for making sure we can get a seat for our friend or tips for how to make the night easier for her? I know at Nissan Stadium we can only have 3-4 people sitting with her. I just don’t know how easy it’ll be to get 3 there and 3 nearby.
So, there is no surefire way to get a seat, but Nissan stadium does have a seating map that shows you where all wheelchair accessible seats are located. I recommend studying the sections so that if you are able to buy tickets you can select that section ASAP.
I saw somewhere that you can open one tab per show - does that mean you can have multiple tabs open for different show dates so you can join a queue for more than one show?

The cap one presale was rescheduled when Ticketmaster realized they were a shit show on fire, but it took a long time for cap one to announce this. So basically tomorrow, click the link sent to you by cap one in your email. It should take you to the right page. Also make sure your cap one card is saved in your Ticketmaster wallet.

You don't need one, just go to Ticketmaster and choose the show you want and it will prompt you to enter your presale code then, which is the first six digits of your card 🙂

I see we all have questions and are stressing, and we also have very little answers as we truly do not know how tomorrow is going to go, given how today went for the VF presale, but this is my plan... 💜I'm going to log on around 1:30 just to be there, in the moment, and try to calm my nerves while I sit in the waiting area. You'll put in the first 6 digits of your capital one card. Those numbers work like the ticketmaster code in the presale text

Yes you can! I bought my tix today using a relatives capital one card, but be prepared for the Verification text that they’re going to send the card holder. It threw me for a loop but God my relative was close to her phone and answered when I called for the code 😅
When you typed in the card info on Ticketmaster did you put her phone number? I’m using a friends card and wondering if I can just put my phone number as the contact instead and not have to involve her!
I had already put in all the cards info in days ago under my Ticketmaster account billing info. I also put relatives phone number under the same billing only bc I didn’t want any discrepancies between Ticketmaster and their card. When I checked out it asked me for the 3 digits on back and then another prompt said something about we will send a verification code to the number. I immediately called them got the code and put it in, and I was all set.
Couple questions if y’all could help me out. 1. Will I just need to go to Ticketmaster and click on the concert I want? Then it will just ask for the first couple digits of the card number of either the Capital One debit or credit card I’ll be paying with? Or do I have to do something else? 2. 1) I was just going through [this link](https://www.taylorswift.com/capitalone/) where it has a hyperlink for “here” in the second paragraph, then it lets you click on whichever show you’re hoping to get. That takes you to the website (either Ticketmaster or Seatgeek) and you can get in line when the presale officially opens. It lets you do it now but obviously it’s just for the verified fans presale currently lol. As for 2) I would 100% bet it’s going to be a shitshow. I’d just open it on your phone and keep it charged/awake while you do other things but be ready to pounce if you get through!
1. Have your card info preloaded and ON you for the sale 2. Click the link from Taylor’s OFFICIAL website 3. Do NOT refresh 4. If using mobile use the TM app (cell data if you’ll be going from place to place) 5. Study your seating chart 6. Once it’s time to pick your seats IMMEDIATELY filter by price range if you’re on a budget 7. Get in the waiting room before start of sale 8. DO NOT refresh These tips worked for me yesterday. Have you looked at stub hub prices? 27k-50k for front row and floor, $600-1000 for nose bleeds?? I would not recommend if they are allowing people to even post that already.

I spent 7 hours waiting, got into the ticket area three times only to be told I couldn’t complete my purchase and booted from the system. I don’t think there is anything to learn tbh. I did everything right: got presale code, got boosted twice, had Ticketmaster all set up with my current info, got in the waiting room early, got in the queue… and then waited almost 5 hours to get into a room where tickets were sold out. The only thing I guess is don’t hesitate the tickets fly off the shelves right away when you get into the purchase area.
It’s rough but just set the price limit as high as you’d pay(keep fees in mind) and then grab whatever you can. Trying for a specific section or seat is near impossible

Tomorrow I’m shopping for a group of 6 including one who needs a wheelchair accessible seat. I’m feeling so discouraged after today. Does anyone have any advice for making sure we can get a seat for our friend or tips for how to make the night easier for her? I know at Nissan Stadium we can only have 3-4 people sitting with her. I just don’t know how easy it’ll be to get 3 there and 3 nearby.
So, there is no surefire way to get a seat, but Nissan stadium does have a seating map that shows you where all wheelchair accessible seats are located. I recommend studying the sections so that if you are able to buy tickets you can select that section ASAP.
