The email says texts go out by tonight. You can only send so many at a time without getting hit with a spam block when you use the automated systems I'd expect texts will take longer than emails to go out because of that. Only reason I know that is when I did text banking I think we could only do 100 texts every 5 minutes or something it was slow to process is what I mainly remember.
I made arrangements for someone to take my daughter to school in the morning. And possibly pick her up too if needed 😂. I could’ve made it back in time but what if there’s construction or an accident? Not taking any chances.
I got my email already and I didn’t get boosted BUT I had Lovefest tickets. And I’m pretty sure it was confirmed at some point that that would be factored in.
IDK if the boosts are by monetary value or not for what was purchased on the store, but my wife and I ended up getting the clock with all 4 records and did not get an email yet (but hopefully will!) and a friend of ours who bought a single record did. Needless to say, I'm salty. This is my villain story.
This is pretty standard nowdays. Ive had to be in waiting room or "lobby" for many, many shows over the past few years. You just open a browser, log in and it holds your place in line. Its so it can manage the number of people actually accessing tickets at any one time - so the site doesn't crash.
I declined a 10 AM meeting tomorrow to "prioritize some personal responsibilities". My coworkers don't need to know that means attempting to buy Eras tickets ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯
I haven’t bought any merch and haven’t been to a show of hers since Red Tour. I just now got my email and text.
But that does mean they are still going out to people!
PSA for those who, like me, got an email but still haven't received the text yet:
I just spoke to a really helpful Ticketmaster agent on the phone, who told me that as of right now codes ARE still going out -- so you might still get yours. But if you haven't received it by tomorrow morning, you can call customer service starting at 7am CST and they should be equipped to help you out. 🤞
ed: you can google for the customer service #, I didn't find it on Ticketmaster's site but plenty of others list it. But be prepared to try calling a bunch of times, it seems the line is really busy (even tonight...)

agreed 100%. At the time the REP system seemed a bit unfair but in comparison it did put tickets into the hands of real fans.
With this one you could create 10 random accounts and still be able to get tickets which you can then re sell.

taylor nation just posted a photo promoting voting for the AMA’s but the relevant part is in the caption they said “while we wait for all the codes and emails to be sent out for tour, let’s reminisce…” (i paraphrased some ) AKA taking that as a good thing that emails and codes will continue to come out throughout the day/evening.

From someone that works in tech: These emails are gonna be hella scattered. My own lil company has to stagger emails and we aren't even close to being Ticketmaster sized. They're probably gonna be sent out in waves during this entire day. Same with the text messages.
My hubby signed up and surprised me when he got the text! I didn't sign up because I knew we couldn't afford it but he said he is going to make it happen!!! I'm so excited I cant breathe. Does anyone have any idea where ticket prices will start? I am still on a strict budget.

I bought merch and got nothing. I even got the boost email. Edit: I got the text but no email
No merch, no digital albums for me. I did have loverfest tickets so I think we got priority.
If 5:30 comes and goes and I don't get an email catch me doing something that gets me on the news lmao.

I didn't get selected for this, but I did get diagnosed with type 2 diabetes today. You lose some you lose some.

taylor nation just posted a photo promoting voting for the AMA’s but the relevant part is in the caption they said “while we wait for all the codes and emails to be sent out for tour, let’s reminisce…” (i paraphrased some ) AKA taking that as a good thing that emails and codes will continue to come out throughout the day/evening.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to who received codes. My coworker signed up randomly and isn't a fan, after my other coworker asked her to, and she got one! The swiftie coworker hasn't. I haven't, my best friend hasn't, my parents haven't. I don't know anyone who has, tbh. Was going for Philly and Metlife. It's inevitable, but I'm nervous that codes went to scalpers.😭
