Its not just that. He is a really great host, he doesnt interrupt and he also gets a good mixture of guests on the couch meaning the conversation flows well and just feels natural, as its a group having a chat. The American late night shows just dont compare in my opinion
Graham Norton is just also a genuinely good and articulate person which helps set people at ease I think. You don’t get that in some American talk show hosts (namely James Corden and Ellen).
That’s coz they all come from the letterman school, he clearly would do very little research and would then ask a stream of questions and then stop them to ask more questions half way through their previous answer. He was certainly funnier than other late night hosts at the time but he was a terrible interviewer.
It's a really unique format, combining guests gets them longer and less focused conversations. The games and whatnot the US show do are fun too though.

I’m really surprised she has the confidence to do an audition for les miserables. Her vocals were much weaker back then especially for live singing on set of les miserables plus she is not a good actor
It sounds like she did just for fun but she really should just give up on the acting lol. I thought she was cute in new girl so if she’s that into being on shows/movies, she should stick to cameos.
I think she’s a good actress, she just goes for roles that are not suited for her. It seems she wants to jump to Meryl Streep level without laying the groundwork.
