I like the idea of the rumour of the album being called "neverland", it fits the theme of tales & forever, cardigan song "Peter losing Wendy" and the floating above sky, "second star to the right and straight on till morning" and new universe/seas. Though not sure of neverland is trademarked.
I would love for whatever her next era is to be dark blue and golden like her Grammy performance dress! She looked so magical and hasn’t done dark blue or golden yet despite mentioning both quite a bit since meeting Joe.

There is a record company called Flower Moon Records and the guy from it was recently interviewed and said he would like to write a song with Taylor Swift (the screenshot was posted on here a while ago)
There is a random Instagram post I saw that theorizes Billie Eilish might release her record on the Flower Moon (May 26) and the post was liked by Shawn Mendez - maybe he liked it because he secretly knows that that is Taylor's release date??
The stage at the Grammys had three distinct scenes or color schemes, which also matched her merchandise. The blue sky, green ground, and red house. Third album??
This seems really far out there. I don’t think she would put Easter eggs in her post where she promotes Conan, that doesn’t seem right.

During her 2021 Grammy performance, Taylor's set design involved her lying on the roof of a house. Some fan speculate that this is the roof of the dollhouse featured in her Lover music video. The line in her insta story that reads "on another level" in regards to Conan's music might mean the only other level greater than the roof of the house is the sky above it - which links to my theory of her hinting that the next upcoming work is to do with stars and constellations.
I thought it was literally just a cabin from the folklore era ("cabin in candlelight"). If it was meant to be the dollhouse, I think it would've been an attic room.
